The official trailer of Shraddha Kapoor's Haseena Parkar has
released. Shraddha as Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena seems interestingly
fierce.
This seems to be a game-changing film for Shraddha. Her
seamless transformation from a young girl to a mother of four to the Godmother
of Nagpada ruling across four decades in the Maximum City is intriguing. In
fact, we are astonished at the way she aced the body language.
Apart from Shraddha, kudos to the writer for such impactful
dialogues. This one dialogue towards the end sums up the plot stunningly-
"Logon ne izzat bakshi, maine qabool ki."
The opening scene of the trailer with the background voice telling,
"Atthasi cases darj, par court mein hajri sirf ek baar," will leave
you gawking.
We also see Siddhanth Kapoor making his debut as Dawood
Ibrahim and he completely resembled the part like a boss.
Haseena Parkar was popularly known as "Aapa" and
people in Mumbai had fear imbibed in them towards her. The film is directed by
Apoorva Lakhia, produced by Nahid Khan and is slated to release on August 18,
2017. The movie also stars Siddhanth Kapoor as Dawood Ibrahim and Ankur Bhatia
as Haseena's husband.
