On his social media account, the Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana actor disclosed that they have been blessed by a baby boy and had captioned the post with a heart emoticon. Sharing the happy news, Kunal wrote, “To all our well-wishers, Naina and I are overjoyed to share that we have become proud parents to a beautiful baby boy. We thank God for our abundant blessings”. As soon as the proud father had posted the news on social media, he was flooded with best wishes from fans and friends.

I briefed both of them on how I wanted the song and how we will do the sensuous moves. They rehearsed and did justice to the song. Samantha and Arjun brought a certain attitude to the song and that is why the song worked really well.”

Filmmaker Suneel Darshan files complaint against Google CEO over copyright infringement!

Well-known filmmaker Suneel Darshan, who wrote, directed and produced his 2017 romantic drama Ek Haseena Thi Ek Deewana Tha, has now filed a case against Google CEO Sundar Pichai. Film Ek Rishtaa producer claims that his film has landed on YouTube illegitimately.  He claimed that he has not sold the film's rights to anyone and filed a case of alleged copyright infringement.

Film Jaanwar director further added that due to millions of views on his film on YouTube, he has not been profiting from it as he did not sell the film's rights. He also claimed that Google has refused to take the movie off those channels and thus filed a complaint against the parent company at the MIDC Police Station in Mumbai's Andheri.

In a latest chat with a media source, he revealed, "My faith and belief in the advancement of technology are implicit, but the infringement of my rights is a cause of grave concern. My entire copyrighted movie, apart from its songs and sequences from it, have been uploaded and monetised, and I have helplessly watched such illegal acts."

Darshan explained that it was only after his repeated requests went unanswered that he had to seek legal help. "Their actions and replies indicate they are well-versed in deflecting queries from my end," he told.

Ranbir Kapoor starrer Shamshera to release on OTT amidst pandemic?

After Rajkumar Hirani’s 2018 release Sanju, Bollywood star is eagerly waiting for his next release Shamshera. Among Ranbir upcoming movies, Yash Raj Films’ Shamshera has been one of the most anticipated releases. Directed by Karan Malhotra, the movie is scheduled to release on March 18 this year. But, given the rise in COVID 19 cases, there have been conjectures that Shamshera might take the digital route for release.

Recently, in a latest media chat, Director Karan Malhotra specified that it will be the call of the producer. He revealed, “This is completely my producer's (Aditya Chopra) jurisdiction, he is the most active producer I have ever worked with, in my life. He knows best and I have left it completely up to him. He is the expert and I enjoy my creative space as far as Shamshera is concerned. I have made the film with all my sincerity and all the efforts that I could put in and the film is shaped out well. Now everything is up to Adi. How he wants to place it, what his planning is, everything is in his hands. Varun Dhawan’s emotional note for man Friday and driver Manoj Sahu!

Recently, Bollywood star Varun Dhawan's man Friday and driver Manoj Sahu unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday due to a heart attack. Varun was seen at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai's Bandra where Manoj was rushed after feeling chest pain.  The 40-year-old driver breathed his last at 5.30 PM on Tuesday.

In an Instagram post, the Badlapur star penned an emotional note for his man Friday and wrote that he spent close to 26 years with him. Posting a video clip from his wax statue inauguration event where Varun called Manoj on stage, the grieved star wrote, "Manoj has been in my life for the last 26 years. He was my everything. I have no words to express my grief but all I want is people remember him for his amazing wit and humour and passion he had for life . I will always be grateful I had u in my life Manoj dada."

Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon to unite again for a comedy drama?

The 90s well-known Bollywood pair of Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon is set to hit the big screen once again after decades. Both will be seen sharing the screen space in the much-anticipated Yash starrer KGF Chapter 2. Earlier, The Mohra actress had also posted a throwback photo with Sanjay on social media and had captioned it as, “My most favourtie actor”. And now as per the latest media update, Sanjay and Raveena will unite again after KGF Chapter 2, but this time for a slice of comedy.

As per latest media updates, the comedy drama will be directed by a new director. “The film, being bankrolled by a leading studio, was at the ideation stage at the time. On seeing the picture, the makers thought they would be the perfect choice for the comedy. They reached out to the actors who were kicked about working together again,” a source was quoted saying.

Furthermore, the source also revealed that while the final draft is still being awaited before the stars sign the project, the makers are likely to make the announcement for the movie in February.

During the third wave of COVID 19, a new COVID 19’s variant Omicron is taking over the country and the cases continue to rise all across various states. Recently, Bollywood star Fardeen Khan had fallen prey to the virus. The Jungle actor is currently in isolation.

The Khushi actor had confirmed the news on micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote that he is asymptomatic. Also, the actor also send recovery wishes to everyone who has been battling the deadly virus and urged everyone to stay safe amid the pandemic. “Tested positive for C-19. Fortunately, I am asymptomatic. Sending my best to all those in recovery. The rest, keep getting tested if in doubt as this variant is also targeting children, down to toddlers, and they can be given very limited medication. Happy isolating,” Fardeen posted.

Also, celebrities like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Amrita Arora, Mrunal Thakur, Madhur Bhandarkar, Mithila Palkar and Lata Mangeshkar had tested positive for COVID 19.

Manoj Bajpayee to reveal about stopping reading new scripts!

Nowadays, the Satya fame Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee is one of the busiest stars in Bollywood.

With the numerous projects in 2021 being delayed due to the deadly second wave, the actor has numerous projects in the pipeline which are bound to keep him busy till the end of 2023.

Amid hectic schedule, Manoj Bajpayee successfully wrapped up the shoot of Raam Reddy’s yet-untitled project and Kanu Behl’s investigative thriller Despatch in 2021. He then started work on Abhishek Chaubey's next. The movie will see Manoj reuniting with his Sonchiriya director and sharing screen space with Konkona Sensharma.

While the shoot started last month, it came to a halt due to the current surge in Covid-19 cases across India. "The drama also stars Sayaji Shinde, M Nassar and some well-known actors from the south film industry. The shoot was recently put on hold after Mumbai witnessed a surge in COVID cases. But Abhishek has informed the unit that as soon as the cases are brought under control, he will return to the set. Manoj has 10 days’ work remaining on the project." a close source source disclosed to a daily.

Amid a hectic line up till 2023, the Shool star disclosed to a media source that he has stopped reading any new scripts as his schedule will not allow him to take on any new project.                              

"With the commitments I have, it will be hectic till the end of 2023. I have to finish all the films I have committed to. Only for this reason, I have stopped reading new scripts and taking narrations. At this point of time, I don’t have dates," the actor disclosed to a media source.

Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan enjoys her fitness routines as much as she enjoys her food. Recently, she shared a pic on the her social media account and called it her most favourite place. For the information, Kareena moved into a brand-new space last year and the home is much bigger than her earlier place.

Kathak dancer Pandit Birju Maharaj’s sad demise at his home in Delhi!

Kathak legend Pandit Birju Maharaj died at his home in Delhi in the early hours of Monday after suffering a heart attack, according the media update. He was 83.

As per latest media reports, he died of a heart attack. Furthermore, he was playing with his grandsons at his residence when he fell unconscious. While he was rushed to the hospital soon after, the hospital authorities reportedly declared him brought dead. The reports also suggested that Pandit Birju Maharaj has been on dialysis after he was diagnosed with kidney disease a few days ago.

The news has been confirmed by the family members which has released a statement that reads as, “With profound grief and sorrow we inform the sad and untimely demise of our most beloved member of the family Pandit Birju Maharaj Ji. The noble soul left for his heavenly abode on 17th January 2022. Pray for the departed soul”.

 For the information, Pandit ji or Maharaj ji, as he was fondly referred as by his disciples, was one of the best known Kathak dancers in India. In fact, he was a descendant of the Maharaj family of Kathak dancers which includes his uncles Shambhu Maharaj, Lachhu Maharaj and his father Acchan Maharaj.

 While Pandit Birju Maharaj’s unfortunate demise has sent a wave of grief across the nation, fans and celebs are taking to social media to pay their condolence.
