Actress Sridevi, who had played a simple housewife in her
comeback movie English Vinglish, will be seen in a totally different avatar in
her forthcoming movie Mom, which was wrapped up lately.
From what we have heard, Sridevi will be seen playing a cool
and stylish character in the movie, which also stars Akshaye Khanna, Abhimanyu
Singh and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who will be seen in a cameo in the movie. Mom is
touted to be an emotional drama about a mother and a daughter and the strained
relationship they share.
The movie, which was directed by Ravi Udyawar and produced
by Boney Kapoor, was shot over four months in Georgia, Delhi and Mumbai.
