Mira Rajput, who tied the knot with Shahid Kapoor a few
months back, is quite lovey-dovey with her husband generally, but the poor
woman was quite afraid after seeing Udta Punjab, in which Shahid plays the role
of an unconventional cokehead rockstar named Tommy Singh.
Seemingly, the makers of the movie held a special screening
of the movie for industry insiders and when asked as to how did Mira like the
film, Shahid told that when the film started, his wife was sitting just two
inches away from him and when the movie reached the interval stage, she moved
two feet away from him as she got scared of his 'Tommy Singh' persona!
Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, Udta Punjab also stars Kareena
Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh.
