Shahid Kapoor, who will be seen playing the role of an unconventional
rockstar named Tommy Singh in forthcoming movie Udta Punjab, is seen sporting
tattoos on his lean body and we overhear that the actor was made to sport
around 40 tattoos in the film!
A close source told, ''Shahid who was on a low carb diet
went through hours to put and remove 40 odd tattoos daily for Tommy Singh!! It
was a tedious process of donning 40 such odd tattoos and then removing them
before every shot....however Shahid made sure that nothing was a miss even
though it was a time-consuming process.''
Shahid has stated in the past that Tommy Singh is the wildest
character that he has ever played. Apart from Shahid, Udta Punjab also stars
Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh.
