Film Udta Punjab's co-producer Anurag Kashyap said that he
doesn't think anybody from the Censor Board could be involved in leaking the
print.
On June 15, just two days before the controversial film's
release, the film was leaked online with 'For Censor' written on the top left
corner. Speaking to an entertainment portal, the Bombay Velvet director told
that nobody from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) would be
involved in leaking the movie.
Following the leak, Kashyap posted a post on Facebook urging
people to wait till Saturday to download the film. In the meantime, the movie,
which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh, has been
well received by audience and critics.
