Shirish Kunder replies to plagiarism claim with legal action!

A couple of days after Shirish Kunder's short film Kriti starring Manoj Bajpayee and Radhika Apte was released, Aneel Neupane, an independent filmmaker from Nepal alleged that the movie was copied from his own movie 'BOB' and though Kunder disproved these allegations on Twitter, the filmmaker also took legal action against the makers of the movie.

Seemingly, Kunder has sent a legal notice to the makers of the movie for insulting him. Kunder has also wanted that Neupane tenders an 'unconditional written apology', refrains from making any oral or written comments on Kriti and takes down 'BOB' from the internet immediately and refrain from publishing the same or any part thereof on any other medium.

In Kriti, Manoj Bajpayee is seen suffering from a psychological disorder, while Radhika Apte and Neha Sharma play crucial roles with Manu Rishi also playing a role.
