Remake of 'Andaz Apna Apna' in the Works?

The production house, Phantom Film, owned by Anurag Kashyap, Vikas Bahl, Madhu Mantena and Vikramaditya Motwane, which is known for making gritty, dark movies, will soon be producing the remake of the cult classic, Andaz Apna Apna.

The remake of the laugh riot, but, will be made without its original leads, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor. Seemingly, Phantom Films has got the rights of the film from Preeti Sinha, daughter of Vinay Kumar Sinha, the producer of the original movie.

Sources told that the movie is expected to roll by the year-end with a fresh cast and it will be directed by Phantom's in-house director. Buzz is that either Vikramaditya Motwane or Vikas Bahl will helm the project.
