The first poster of Sonakshi Sinha's much-awaited movie
Akira has been launched and it gives a hint of the actress's intense look in
the forthcoming action movie.
The Dabangg actress took to Twitter to reveal the poster and
announce the change in the release date. Sonakshi posted, “Because YOU and I
both cant wait to see how @ARMurugadoss has transformed me in #AKIRA... We are
now releasing on September 2!” Earlier, the action drama was slated to release
on September 23.
Akira, which is Sonakshi's second movie with director AR
Murugadoss after Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty, is a remake of the Tamil
film Mouna Guru. The movie also stars Konkona Sen Sharma in a pivotal role.
