Actor Farhan Akhtar, who plays a rhythm guitarist and a lead
vocalist in Rock On 2, is apparently going to play a musician in his forthcoming
movie too. There is a news that Farhan has been roped in for Nikkhil Advani's
next production, Lucknow Central, which will have music at its core.
As per the reports, the movie is based on a true story of
convicts who are sentenced to life imprisonment. Seemingly, Farhan, who plays a
prisoner in movie, starts a band with other convicts. The movie, which will be
shot in Mumbai, is expected to go on the floors by October-end.
In the meantime, Farhan's next, Rock On 2, also stars
Shraddha Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli and Prachi Desai in key roles.
