Writer-lyricist Farooq Barelvi has lodged a police complaint
against the directors and producers of the forthcoming movie Housefull 3
accusing them of stealing his script.
Barelvi demanded that he had registered the script by the
name of Tigdambaaz with the Associations of Writers in 2009. He further claimed
that he had narrated the script to Akshay Kumar and his make-up man Narendra
Kushwala. Barelvi told that he finds that
Housefull 3 is based on his literary work and henceforth he has filed a
complaint under the Copyright Act.
The third installment of the Housefull franchise stars
Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis
Fakhri and Lisa Haydon, and the laugh riot is slated to release this weekend.
