Complaint filed against Housefull 3 makers for 'stealing' script!

Writer-lyricist Farooq Barelvi has lodged a police complaint against the directors and producers of the forthcoming movie Housefull 3 accusing them of stealing his script.

Barelvi demanded that he had registered the script by the name of Tigdambaaz with the Associations of Writers in 2009. He further claimed that he had narrated the script to Akshay Kumar and his make-up man Narendra Kushwala. Barelvi told that he finds that  Housefull 3 is based on his literary work and henceforth he has filed a complaint under the Copyright Act.

The third installment of the Housefull franchise stars Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri and Lisa Haydon, and the laugh riot is slated to release this weekend.

Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan are all set to tickle the audience’s funny bone with their next Housefull 3 and it seems that the boys bonded very well off-camera as well.

  

A fresh picture posted by Akshay Kumar shows the trio sitting (fully clad you naughty people) in a bathtub and one can also see Jacqueline Fernandez photo bombing their picture. It’s great to see bromance blooming among these three.

Directed by Sajid-Farhad, the movie also stars Lisa Haydon and Nargis Fakhri.

Akshay Kumar loses his cool over racist jokes aimed at Lisa Haydon!

Akshay Kumar, who is known for being quite friendly and cool even in tough situations, lately lost his temper and reportedly assaulted comedian Siddharth Jadhav on the sets of Comedy Nights Bachao, where the movie team had gone to promote their movie Housefull 3.

Sources reveal that the comedians on the show had penned a few derogatory jokes on female leads Lisa Haydon and Jacqueline Fernandez. Though Akshay was quite uncomfortable with the insult-based humour, he kept his cool initially till Siddharth Jadhav allegedly referred to Lisa as a 'black African', which angered the Akshay Kumar enough to push Jadhav so hard that he fell down. Sources say that Lisa was almost in tears and Akshay lost his temper at the insults that were flying, which made him push Jadhav. The actor later sat with the comedy team and reworked the script, we overhear.

Jacqueline Fernandez to play a kleptomaniac in her next 'Dishoom'!

John Abraham and Varun Dhawan will be seen playing cops in forthcoming movie Dishoom, there was not much information about female lead Jacqueline Fernandez, but now we have come across some details of the character that the Lankan beauty will play in the movie.

In an interview, Jacqueline disclosed that she will play a kleptomaniac on the run in the movie and also gushed about the fact that she will also get to do action sequences like the male leads in Dishoom, which has been helmed by Rohit Dhawan. For those who do not know this, kleptomania is the inability to refrain from the urge to steal items and is done for reasons other than personal use or financial gain.

Abhishek Bachchan, who will join Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh for laugh riot Housefull 3, in which he plays a rapper, frankly confessed that he was quite anxious about working in the movie.

At a latest event, AB Junior told that as his co-stars Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh are known for their overwhelming comic timing, he was worried about whether he would be able to match up to them. Bachchan but added that he had a great time working in the movie.

Housefull 3, which also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri and Lisa Haydon, is slated to release on June 3.

'Housefull 3' posters guarantee three times more laughter than previous ones!

The much anticipated promo of Housefull 3 was finally revealed yesterday and one thing that clearly stands out is the franchise factor. Whether it was Housefull or Housefull 2, the common factor in there was the comedy of errors, courtesy the coming together of the whole cast in one house, and the confusion that followed. Now one look at Houseful 3, which has Farhad-Sajidat the helm of affairs, and you know that producer Sajid Nadiadwala has the template cut out for third in the series.

What is complimenting the core plotline of the movie are the moments, one liners and slapstick activities on screen which ensure that there is quite some fun that one can expect in the there. Of course, leading the pack here is Akshay Kumar who shows once more what a fantastic actor he is, especially when one sees his versatility on display after the award winning performance in this year's biggest Bollywood success, Airlift. He raises the scene to an altogether different level with his goofy act that sets the fun element going. As for Riteish, another regular with the Housefull franchise that is backed by Eros, you get what you expect from him and yet again you realise that he has an impeccable comic timing that is matchless. As for Abhishek Bachchan, he is happy to be the new kid on the block when it comes to the Housefull franchise and even allows a joke on him for the same.

As for the jokes, there are quite a few that have been filled in this three minute promo, the one around '5000 crore ka loan' topping the line. On the other hand the women in there, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri and Lisa Haydon, do well to up the glamor quotient, something that is an integral element of the franchise.

This is where director duo of Farhad and Sajid seem to be sticking to the plan as they do not deviate from what has been the core strength of the franchise and add on further fun element that should keep the Box Office happy this Summer. Moreover, with Boman Irani in his characteristic part, Jackie Shroff bringing on further weight to the proceedings and the ultimate round up happening with Chunkey Pandey aka Aakhri Pasta, you know that the team here is, well, just joking!

Lisa Haydon's romance with Riteish Deshmukh in 'Housefull 3'?

If rumors are too believed, then Lisa Haydon will star opposite Riteish Deshmukh in Housefull 3.

Jacqueline Fernandez and Nargis Fakhri have previously been confirmed for the third instalment of the hit franchise and Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh will repeat their roles from the original. Abhishek Bachchan will also be seen essaying one of the lead roles in the laugh riot.

While Housefull and Housefull 2 were directed by Sajid Khan, Sajid-Farhad, who had penned the previously two, will wield the megaphone for Housefull 3. Sajid (of Sajid-Farhad) has confirmed that they are in talks with Lisa but, he has clarified that nothing has been finalized yet.
