As if the promo of Vogue BFFs’ finale featuring Ranveer
Singh and buddy Zoya Akhtar wasn’t mesmerizing enough, here comes another
interesting surprise by Zoya speaking about her first meeting with the
31-year-old actor.
Zoya had met Ranveer at a friend’s party 15-years back and suddenly
fell in love with him as the filmmaker jokes.
Recalling about the first meet she told, “The first time I
saw him, he walked into a party at a friend’s house and he was in a checked
pair of pants, a checked shirt and a checked cap and checked
sneakers. And I didn’t know who he was and I was like, ‘What are you wearing?
Are you really wearing this?’ and he lifted his shirt and there was sliver of
his boxer shorts, that were checked and he said, ‘Check me out, babe.’ And it
was love at first sight!”
