John Abraham and Varun Dhawan will be seen playing cops in
Rohit Dhawan's forthcoming directorial Dishoom and though Rohit and Varun are
brothers, it seems that John was the first to come on board.
In a latest interview, John told that when Rohit was
discussing the outline of the story with him, he made it clear that he wanted
John to play one of the cops and when Rohit asked as to which other actor
should be roped in to play his partner, John told with a laugh that the other
cop is in Rohit's house. On hearing this, Rohit came up with the idea of
signing up Varun for the movie. John hinted that he suggested Varun's name as
they share a great off-screen chemistry.
Apart from Varun and John, Dishoom also stars Jacqueline
Fernandez and Akshaye Khanna.
