John Abraham, who is known to be a non-smoker, will be seen playing
the role of a chain-smoking cop in Rohit Dhawan's Dishoom and we overhear that
for his role in the movie, John Abraham ended up lighting over 600 cigarettes
during the shooting schedule!
Though John is a non-smoker and very particular about his health,
the hunk willingly agreed to smoke for his role in the movie. Authorizing the
same, John told, “Character comes first and because it demands so, I am
smoking. We do not encourage smoking at all. My character in the movie is that
of a chain smoker and a lot of scenes in the film required the smoking
bit."
John will be seen sharing screen space with Varun Dhawan and
Jacqueline Fernandez in Dishoom, which also stars Akshaye Khanna.
