Speaking about it, a source specified to the daily, "Abhishek will put up a sexy act as he grooves to “Sheila Ki Jawani” from Farah Khan's Tees Maar Khan. Katrina will make an entry mid-way and join him in the performance."

I knew my role in Padmavati will be a small part and it sure will leave an impact, reveals Aditi Rao Hydari!

Bollywood actress Aditi Rao Hydari, who essays Ranveer Singh's wife in Padmavati told that when she signed the movie, she knew she will have a small part in it. This is her first movie with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Aditi couldn't stop gushing about him.

While speaking to a tabloid about her character, Aditi revealed, "It’s not a major role. When I signed on for Padmavati, I knew very well it was going to be a small part. But, Sanjay Leela Bhansali sir presents all his women so well".

The actress even stated how actors who had a small role in Bhansali's flicks had left an impact of their characters. The actress specified, "In Goliyon Ki Raasleela - Ram-Leela, Richa Chadha had a brief role, but she made an impact. I am sure I will leave some impact in Padmavati. No one who works with Sanjay sir comes away without benefiting from the association."

Hydari added later, "I want to be happy in what I do. I don’t want to work with people who spread negative vibes".

In the film, Deepika Padukone will portray Rani Padmavati, Ranveer Singh plays the role of Alauddin Khilji, and Shahid Kapoor will essay the character of Maha Rawal Ratan Singh.

It is speculated that SLB is planning to release Padmavati in 3D too. The movie is scheduled to release on December 1, 2017.

I'm a big fan of David Dhawan’s films, reveals Rajkummar Rao!

Director David Dhawan was quite mesmerized with Rajkummar Rao with his act in Bareilly Ki Barfi and he expressed his wish to work with him in a movie. Well, Rajkummar is quite happy with this news and told it would be great to work with Dhawan.

While speaking to a media source, Rajkummar revealed, "I am a big fan of David Dhawan’s films. I grew up watching his amazing comedies. It would be great to work with him. He had called me after ‘Bareilly…’ and we spoke at length. He is a senior from FTII so we had that connection as well."

Rajkummar informed that the Judwaa 2 director had told him that if they work together, he will rock it! The director was quite captivated with Rao's comical timing in Bareilly Ki Barfi. He further added, "It would be great whenever we collaborate together, it’ll be a different experience. I’ll try and bring something different to the table, combined with his sensibility, it’ll be just fun!"

He further added, "Varun has been really supportive, he is very sweet and I have immense respect for him. The fine balance that he is maintaining — doing a massy entertainer like ‘Judwaa’ 2 but also a dark film like ‘Badlapur’, and working with Shoojit Sircar. I think it’s a great balance for an actor."

Deepika’s lovely reply to Irrfan Khan's excitement of working with her again!

International diva Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan are soon going to work together for Sapna Didi biopic. The twosome will be working together for the second time after Piku. Their mature and playful chemistry in Piku was praised by the viewers.

Well, lately Irrfan told that he is excited to work with the dimpled actress again. DP has a sweet reaction to Khan's excitement of working with her. In a tweet, her response reflects that she is equally excited to work with him.

Irrfan revealed a tabloid, "I will always be excited to work with Deepika. I am all the more excited this time (as to) how our chemistry (will) work. In this film, I am not (portraying) a decent or civilised man, so our equation in this film is completely (different from 'Piku')."

He further added, "She is the most beautiful person and a good human being. It gives me happiness when I see Deepika."

I had a blast filming Judwaa 2, says Taapsee Pannu!

Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu, whose movie Judwaa 2 has proved one of the major superhits of 2017 told that she is waiting to do another commercial film. Judwaa 2 also starred Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles.

Taapsee is presently in Lucknow to shoot for Anubhav Sinha's next directorial Mulk. While speaking to a daily about the success of Judwaa 2, Taapsee revealed, "I had a blast filming Judwaa 2 and I’m happy people have accepted me in this avatar. And now I am waiting to sign another commercial film for next year for sure".

The actress is hoping that the success of Judwaa 2 will help her to get another potboiler. She also informed how within a week of film's release she couldn't meet Varun as both the actor had to take off to different cities to start new movies.

Taapsee Pannu will also be working in hockey ace and former Indian captain, Sandeep Singh along with Diljit Dosanjh and Angad Bedi. Filmmaker and director Prabhudheva has choreographed Amitabh Bachchan for a song and the superstar seems to have had a tough time shaking a leg at age 75.

Amitabh shared a throwback image of himself on Twitter on Sunday and posted, "At 75 made to dance… and accomplish that, which Prabhudheva, the genius directs. Happy you are home instead of an asylum."

Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai Bachchan flagged of a marathon this morning in the city. She was clicked with Indian athlete Anju Bobby George.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looked pretty in a black t-shirt with black joggers and yellow zipper jacket. She teamed it up with a pair of big round sunglasses which she placed on her head. She flagged off the marathon by throwing balloons in the air and also interacted with the children present there.

Akshay had made the comment "Mallika ji aap bell bajaaiye, main aapko bajaata hoon" and has been trolled for it since the last few days. While Akshay is in Dubai presently to launch the music of Rajinikanth's movie 2.0, until now he has maintained a studied silence on the topic. It's a colloquial phrase that both men and women use - for instance, "I am goint to bajao him/her" or "I got bajaoed", Red FM even has a tagline 'Bajatey Raho' all without sexist connotations. Mr Vinod Dua, Ms Dua's father, had written a post - it's been taken down now, affirming, "I am going to screw this cretin, Akshay Kumar".  Words, especially humour has to be seen in its right context. Karisma Kapoor reveals about Taimur Ali Khan's 1st birthday!

Bollywood’s powerful couple Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan's little son Taimur Ali Khan is all set to turn one in the month of December this year. Admirers can't wait to witness a big party in the city to be hosted by the little munchkin's family.

Akshay vs Akshay with PadMan and 2.0!

Superstar Akshay Kumar's PadMan which is a biopic on Arunachalam Muruganantham, a small town entrepreneur from Tamil Nadu who invented low-cost sanitary napkins to generate awareness in rural areas, is all set to release next year. The primary release date of the movie was April 13, 2018, and now Akshay disclsoed the new date of the release. The movie will now hit the screens on January 26, 2018.

Akshay posted the poster of the movie in which he is seen riding a bicycle along the Ganges in Banaras. He revealed, "Not all superheroes come with capes! Bringing you the true story of a real superhero, #Padman this Republic Day - 26th January, 2018!" The tagline of Padman is The True Story of a Real Super Hero.

With PadMan, Twinkle Khanna turns producer and the movie is being directed by R Balki.

The film also stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in the lead role. The movie will also see Amitabh Bachchan in a cameo. The movie has been widely shot in Madhya Pradesh.

As per schedule, Rajinikanth's film 2.0 is slated to release on 25th January 2018.

Suhana Khan to go for an audition in the city?

Shah Rukh Khan has previously disclosed that his daughter Suhana Khan wishes to follow his footsteps and become an actor. She has been a part of numerous plays in her school and captivated everybody with her acting skills.

Now as per a source, Suhana was spotted at places which are locations where auditions take place in the city. Speaking about it, a source specified to the agency, "One is not sure whether Suhana is indeed going for these auditions or she had accompanied her close friends from the industry like Ananya Pandey or Shanaya Kapoor (daughters of Chunkey Pandey and Sanjay Kapoor, respectively). It is yet to be understood if Suhana was auditioning for a few roles from the eyes of her father or to have an idea of how these auditions take place."

Speaking about Suhana's wish to be an actress, Shah Rukh previously revealed, "Suhana wants to be an actress. I see that zeal in her. She’s extremely good on stage, I’ve seen her performances. She’s admittedly a cinema fan and wants to be in the industry. But my point is simple — you need to complete your education before doing anything. That’s the only thing I have told my children. Otherwise, they are free to be in the film industry, not be in it and do whatever they like. I will be supportive of whatever they want to do."

SRK further added, "My children will first have to finish their studies. In my house, a person has to at least be a graduate or they won’t be allowed to enter the house. Suhana is still in Class 11. So she has five years of studies left. Aryan has four years left. If Suhana wants to be an actor, then she will study to be an actor. So there is a long long way to go. Just because she makes public appearances does not mean that we are taking her out so that people will notice her and make her an actress."

Priyanka Chopra’s helping hand for a girl child's education!

International diva Priyanka Chopra is a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador who has visited countries namely Zimbabwe, South Africa and Jordan for imparting education, women empowerment, their safety and more. As it is always said that 'Charity begins at home', lately, Priyanka decided to help her domestic help when she realised that she couldn't afford to educate her daughter.

Speaking about it, a source specified to a tabloid, "Priyanka has always stressed the importance of the education of the girl child. This one time she learnt from her domestic help at home that her daughter wasn’t being sent to school. When Priyanka confronted her, she revealed that her daughter couldn’t go to school as she wanted to educate her son. She could only afford to pay for one child’s education, so she chose to send the boy to school. Priyanka immediately offered to sponsor the girl’s education but before that, she sat down with her house help and explained to her that boys and girls both deserve to be educated and that there should be no gender bias."

In the meantime, Priyanka is presently in New York where she is shooting for Season 3 of Quantico.

Deepika Padukone’s 10 years in Bollywood, feels Padmavati is my debut film!

Previously, Deepika Padukone made her big Bollywood debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Farah Khan's Om Shanti Om. Now she has completed her 10 years in Bollywood. Since then, there has been no looking back for the actress who has given remarkable performances in flicks like Cocktail, Goliyon Ki Raasleela - Ram Leela, Piku, Bajirao Mastani, to name a few.

In an interview with a tabloid, when Deepika was questioned about her 10-year Bollywood journey so far, the actress disclosed, "I feel like a little child in a candy shop and that hasn’t changed [in the last decade]. In fact, today, I feel alive as an actor like never before. In the last 10 years, I have learnt so much just by working with people that I have teamed up with. Just being on a film set, making good or bad choices, and the criticism, as well as praise that have come my way for the performances, all of that, has made me the person that I am today."

Deepika further added, "Yes, I feel Padmavati is my debut film (laughs) and the fact is that’s what I feel like in spirit. I don’t feel the years at all. I feel like a little child, who has just started off. I have so much more to do, give and learn as well. So, I am like, ‘I want to be on one more film set so that I can make more mistakes and correct things too. So, honestly, there is still a lot to do."

Bollywood hunk Ranveer Singh has always grabbed the limelight for his so-called relationship with Deepika Padukone. The two may not have confessed to their relationship but their PDA and appearances together tell us an unlike story.

Lately, the so-called lovebirds have been spotted spending some quality time with each other. When questioned how he feels about all the media conjectures regarding his personal life, Ranveer revealed a leading daily, ‘’I choose not to allow the media intrusion into my life.’’

When questioned if it affects him, Ranveer replied, ‘’No, it irritates me at times. Not always. It irritates me when the line is crossed so I consciously do not allow that intrusion into my personal life. Because for me my private life is very sacred and not meant for public consumption.’’

Megastar Shah Rukh Khan reveals he did not realise how far his partnership and friendship with filmmaker Karan Johar has come with the forthcoming movie "Ittefaq" being the duo's tenth co-production.

With actors Sidharth Malhotra, Sonakshi Sinha and Akshaye Khanna, "Ittefaq Se" has been co-produced by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment and Karan's Dharma Productions.

Recently, Karan posted, "'Ittefaq Se' is our 10th collaboration together Shah Rukh. My family, my friend and with 'Ittefaq Se' my true partner in crime! Love you Bhai!"

In reply, Shah Rukh tweeted, "Wow so many works together didn't realise how far we have come. May our partnership flourish."

Madame Tussauds Delhi displayed a wax statue of Justin Bieber!

Recently Madame Tussauds India uncovered a statue of Grammy award-winning singer Justin Bieber in a small preview at The Grub Festival.

The Grub Festival, which brings together music and food lovers on the same ground, started on Friday.

Besides Bieber's, wax statues of singer Jennifer Lopez and Indian actor Hrithik Roshan were also uncovered which were a hit among the crowd present at the festival's venue - the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

The display of all statues at the wax museum will take place on December 1 here with wax figures of celebs like actress Madhubala, singer Asha Bhosle, and cricketer Kapil Dev.

General manager at Merlin Entertainment India Pvt Ltd, revealed, "We are excited to bring a mini ensemble of Madame Tussauds to the Grub Fest, which created an immersive experience by giving people a glimpse of what's in store for them when we launch the attraction".

Only Sridevi can do a Sridevi track, says Vidya Balan!

Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is presently eventful for Tumhari Sulu. The film pays a tribute to Sridevi’s iconic song 'Hawa Hawai' from 'Mr. India'.

Highlighting Vidya, Neha Dhupia, Hawa Hawai 2.0 is a party number where Vidya is seen engrossing us with her moves and grooves and innocent expressions. What really works for the song is that the makers have retained the original vocals of legendary singer Kavita Krishnamurthy.

But, Vidya, a Sridevi fan in real life, is quick to point out that the new 'Hawa Hawai 2.0' is not a remake or try to recreate the original.

While speaking to a tabloid, she revealed, “We are not recreating or remaking the original. It is us dancing at a party. Because you cannot do a Sridevi song. Only Sridevi can do a Sridevi track. I just danced through Hawa Hawai in the film because it was so much fun.”

Vidya further told, “I may have been five or six years old when the song released. As a child, I absolutely loved the song. I can’t believe that so many years later I am actually featuring in it. When I was informed about it during pre-production, I was both excited and anxious. It made me very nostalgic. Ours is a happy interpretation…an office party song. We had fun doing it!"

The original track was composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal. Film Tumhari Sulu is a comedy-drama, which will be directed by adman Suresh Triveni. The movie also stars Neha Dhupia and Manav Kaul in pivotal roles. It is scheduled to release on November 17, 2017.

I don't think we provide an environment to our women to speak up about sexual abuse, reveals Kalki Koechlin!

While speaking about sexual harassment in the Hindi film industry, actress Kalki Koechlin told that there are women in the film industry who face sexual abuse, but, as they are not popular or successful, people don't pay attention to them.

After Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein was exposed by numerous actresses for sexual abuse, a lot of Bollywood celebs are speaking about the same happening in the Hindi film industry.

Speaking to a tabloid, Kalki revealed, "I don't think we provide an environment to our women to speak up about sexual abuse," and added further, "We only listen to people once they are successful or famous. There are a lot of women who are at the struggling stages of their career who talk about these things but no one will listen to their story."

Kalki also stated that people only listen to those who are famous. She further told, "We are harping on the Harvey Weinstein issue which happened in LA while we have our own issues the incidents at High Spirits in Pune, or the TVF incident. You hear about these things for half a day and then it is gone. We need to take responsibility for our own stories. I feel it's about time we start listening to them."

Harvey Weinstein has been in the news when more than 50 women including Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow, Lupita Nyong'o and Kate Beckinsale disclosed how he sexually abused them.

On the film front, her movie Jia Aur Jia starring Richa Chadha released on Friday.

Famous television producer-director Gautam Adhikari passed away in Mumbai on October 27, 201, of cardiac arrest. He was 67. Gautam Adhikari was the chairman and co-founder of Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited also known as SAB TV, along with his brother Markand Adhikari. The last rites of Gautam Adhikari were performed at Vile Parle in Mumbai. He is survived by wife Ranjana and two children.

The SAB group started in 1985 as a production house for Marathi content on TV and went on to have a bouquet of TV channels, including in Hindi. SAB TV was the first TV production house that went publicly. The company is into film production, distribution and also publishing. 

Markand Adhikari's wife Kanchan Adhikari revealed a portal, "Gautam was earlier unwell because of kidney transplant but had been doing quite alright lately. But he got a massive heart attack at 2.30 am and passed away."

Several Television and film personalities offered condolences on the death of Gautam Adhikari.

Beauty mogul Shahnaz Hussain has lived quite an elegant life and it comes as no surprise that a biopic is being planned for her. The person heading the project is producer Bobby Bedi's daughter Puja Bedi.

Firstly, Priyanka Chopra was approached to essay Shahnaz as Puja was keen on casting her but going by the packed schedule Priyanka has with her TV show Quantico and her Hollywood projects, the actress is inaccessible for quite some time.

Now, as per a tabloid, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been shown the script. Writer Kamlesh Pandey disclosed, "Aishwarya was always our first choice."

Seems like Shehnaz is also keen on Aishwarya starring as her in her biopic.

Kamlesh added, "But we want the tehzeeb and adab of the character to reflect in the actor’s DNA. The vocabulary certainly could not be that of the Facebook and Twitter generation. Aishwarya is perfect, keeping in mind all these prerequisites."

Tiger Zinda Hai’s new poster with fierceness of Salman and Katrina!

Salman Khan’s fans need to brace themselves as he is back as Tiger and how. For those waiting with bated breath, Salman Khan has finally shared the first poster of the film unveiling his proper look for the film. Joining him in the poster is Zoya aka Katrina who looks equally fierce.

The two are all gun blazing in the poster with rugged look adding a spice to the already spicy thriller. Both Salman and Katrina seem to all set for all the action to unfold and we can't keep calm.

In the meantime, Salman and Katrina are presently in Greece to shoot the last song of the movie. The two will be seen performing some crazy high octane action scenes in the movie.

Tiger Zinda Hai is a sequel to Kabir Khan's Ek Tha Tiger which also starred Salman and Kat. Helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Tiger Zinda Hai is slated to release on December 22, 2017.

No Katrina for Salman Khan starrer Bharat!

Recently, it was disclosed that Salman Khan starrer Bharat; which is produced by his brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri, is being directed by Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai director Ali Abbas Zafar. Salman will start shooting for the same from April 2018.

Stories went widespread over the casting of the leading lady opposite Salman and reports suggested that Katrina Kaif would be a part of Bharat. But, Katrina's spokesperson slammed the reports and told, "Not at all. There is no truth to this."

Bharat is the remake of the Korean film Ode To My Father. A source had disclosed to a leading tabloid, "It is set against the backdrop of the India-Pakistan Partition and will continue to the present day. And so, Salman will be seen ageing through the film. So, he will have different looks throughout the film, depicting various ages."

Bharat is scheduled for an Eid 2019 release. 

Veere Di Wedding’s new poster with the big fat wedding!

The much-anticipated first look of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor's Veere Di Wedding is out. The poster also featuring Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania sees the awesome foursome donning Dulha's getup giving a fresh twist to the big fat wedding.

While Swara is seen giving a mystified look, Kareena is seen flashing a contagious smile as she dances her heart out. Sonam's enthusiasm in the poster is palpable while Shikha's expression is invaluable.

The movie is being helmed by Shashanka Ghosh and co-produced by Rhea Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor and will see Kareena and Sonam collaborating for the first time.

Veere Di Wedding is scheduled for a summer 2018 release.

Today's heroines have better chance in Bollywood, tells Sharmila Tagore!

Veteran actress Sharmila Tagore reveals actresses lately have a better chance unlike earlier times in the film industry.

"During our times it was nothing better than a good cry. We had to all look helpless... so, I think these people (heroines today) are having much more fun...," Sharmila told when questioned if she sees any difference between the actresses then and now.

Sharmila, 72, told that the life of a heroine during her time was not exciting.

"Heroines (then) couldn't be bad, so Helen had all the fun... heroine's life wasn't all that exciting... today's heroines have the much better chance," she further added The "Amar Prem" actress tells maintaining a continuity than was difficult.

"Also, we were working in three or four films at a time. So, maintaining a continuity was difficult because today Aamir Khan can put on and lose weight... we couldn't do all that," she told.

Speaking about the movies she likes the most out of those she starred in, Sharmila told, "I like 'Safar' and 'Mausam'. People really like 'Amar Prem' and 'Aradhana'. The shelf life of these films is still there... but my favourite is 'Safar' and 'Mausam'."

About her favourite co-star, she told, “I liked Shashi (Kapoor) very much. He's a friend. Of course, with Rajesh Khannaji I gave several hits and Dharmendra.”

Sharmila, who made her Bollywood debut in 1959, on Tuesday was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the PhD Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the Siri Fort Auditorium. 

Veteran classical singer Girija Devi’s sad demise!

Classical singer and Padma Vibhushan awardee Girija Devi passed away at a hospital in Kolkata on Tuesday following a cardiac arrest.

She was 88 and survived by a daughter. Considered as the Queen of Thumri, Girija Devi was taken to the city’s BM Birla Heart Research Centre this afternoon with cardiovascular ailments, She was put on life support, her family sources told.

“Girija Devi’s condition was quite critical when she was brought to the hospital. She was admitted to the CCU and was under constant watch. But she passed away at around 8.45 pm,” hospital spokesperson revealed a leading daily.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi condoled her death. He posted, “Saddened by demise of Girija Deviji. Indian classical music has lost one of its most melodious voices. My thoughts are with her admirers.”

Born in a zamindar family at a village near Banaras on May 8, 1929, music was a part of Girija Devi’s life from a very early age. She had received Padma Shri in 1972, Padma Bhushan in 1989 and the Padma Vibhushan in 2016.

Rajkummar Rao's broken leg delays Fanney Khan shooting!

Bollywood actress Rajkummar Rao is one of the most capable actors that we have in Bollywood lately. The actor is all set to star in Fanney Khan along with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anil Kapoor.

The actor was super thrilled to romance Aishwarya. But, the shooting has been delayed as our favourite actor has fractured his leg on Farah Khan's show Lip Sing Battle. His injury is now affecting the shooting schedule of Fanney Khan.

The film's producer Prernaa Arora revealed a leading daily, “We learnt about the mishap on Sunday and the schedule will be changed accordingly. We will resume work on Rajkummar's portions as soon as he recovers as he has combination scenes with both Anil sir and Aishwarya."

"Our earlier plan was to wrap up by November. Now, we will know on Tuesday how much time he will need to recover. For now, we will finish the solo portions with Anil sir, Aishwarya and the other actors. So, the shooting is not delayed."

Rajkummar's Fanney Khan co-star Anil Kapoor visited the injured actor in the hospital with Farah Khan. Anil and Farah also posed with a smiling Rajkummar who was seen wearing a cast in his leg. 

Daisy Shah and Saqib Saleem confirmed for Salman starrer Race 3!

After Bobby Deol, now Saqib Saleem and Daisy Shah are formally on board Race 3. There has been conjecture about Aditya Roy Kapur, Sooraj Pancholi, and Sidharth Malhotra being approached for Remo D’ Souza’s Race 3, which is being produced by Ramesh Taurani and Salman Khan.

Anil Kapoor who had been part of Race and Race 2 won’t be seen in the third installment. Race 3, starring Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Bobby Deol is one of the hottest films in trade today. All the characters in the film, including Salman have shades of grey.

A source reveals, “Daisy and Saqib have signed the film. Daisy had been telling close friends in her circle that she has signed a very big film but was waiting for the announcement to come from the producer. What’s more interesting is that while Anil Kapoor won’t be a part of the third Race franchise directed by Remo D’Souza, a new addition to it is now Huma Qureshi’s brother Saqib. Sooraj Pancholi, who Salman is very fond of, was being considered as the superstar is reportedly calling the shots in the casting and production aspects, but it didn’t work out and Saqib has stepped in Sooraj’s place. While Salman will romance Jacqueline, Bobby will romance Daisy. Saqib’s role will also have negative shades to it like the rest of the cast. Like the earlier Race movies, the audience, while watching Race 3, will be wondering until the very end as to who the real villain is?”

Ramesh Taurani reveals, “Apart from Salman Khan, Bobby Deol and Jacqueline Fernandez now Daisy Shah and Saqib Saleem are officially part of Race 3 now. Daisy is the second female lead in the film.”

Will try giving good stories to Kabir Khan, reveals Kapil Dev!

Kabir Khan's most aspiring movie “83” is based on the Indian cricket team's World Cup victory in 1983. Kapil Dev, who had led the team back then, says he will try to give the filmmaker good stories and information for the movie.

Actor Ranveer Singh will essay Kapil Dev on the big screen.

The former star cricketer was here to attend Magic Bus project's new initiative along with actress Sonam Kapoor.

On the movie, Kapil Dev told, "It's up to the director and producers how they make the film. We will try to give them good stories and give all possible information about that phase."

Questioned who among the present crop of actors from Bollywood fit the casting for the movie, he told, "Actors of the Hindi film industry are really good and I feel they shouldn't be compared with anyone. If you see, in the last 20 to 25 years, we have seen amazing talent in the industry."

At the event here on Monday, Kapil Dev and Sonam Kapoor interacted with children at an activity-based session at the District Sports Complex Dharavi.

Bollywood actress Asin Thottumkal and husband Rahul Sharma were lately blessed with a baby girl. This news absolutely comes as surprise as Asin didn't make any public appearance with her baby bump. Asin has kept her personal life quite guarded post marriage to Rahul Sharma.

An official statement from the duo reads, “We are ecstatic to announce the arrival of our angelic baby girl earlier today. The last 9 months have been most special and exciting for the both of us and we would like to thank all our well-wishers and everyone who has been part of our journey for all their love and support."

Asin and Rahul tied the nuptial knot on 19 January 2016. The marriage was held at the Dusit Devarana resort in New Delhi. Akshay, who is close to the couple, attended the wedding as well.

Filmmaker Woody Allen's new film includes an adult-teen sex scene!

American filmmaker Woody Allen's forthcoming film contains some uncomfortable scenes involving an older man having sex with young actors.

Allen, who drew criticism for telling that he is sad for producer Harvey Weinstein over sexual assault allegations, is filming the yet untitled project here.

The plotline centers around a middle-aged man who is sleeping with a much younger woman, among other actresses, and, according to the script, "makes a fool of himself over every ambitious starlet and model", reports a portal.

In scenes just filmed, a character essayed by Rebecca Hall accuses 44-year-old actor Jude Law's character of having sex with a 15-year-old "concubine".

In the scene, the "concubine", played by Elle Fanning (19 in real life), acknowledges her relationship with Law's much older character, but then protests that she is 21 years old.

After a discussion about his infidelity, Fanning's character then asks Law, "Were all these women for pleasure, or were you researching a project?"

The movie also stars Selena Gomez, Liev Schreiber, Suki Waterhouse and Kelly Rohrbach, reports a portal.

Kapil Sharma looks promising in film Firangi’s Trailer!

Famous comedian Kapil Sharma starrer Firangi trailer is finally out lately and it looks tempting. Set in Punjab, Sharma's character is that of a young man named Magga. Kapil looks promising depicting a Punjabi munda with the perfect accent and emotions.

This is Kapil's second Bollywood movie after his hit Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karu.

The character Magga is a lover as well as dedicated towards his work. Sharma essays the role of a British servant in the film. The film is a mixed bag of happy, sad, and funny moments.

From the trailer, we get to witness how situations in Magga's life and him being a British servant hit his life hard and affects his equation with the villagers as well as his lover played by Ishita Dutta.

From working for the firangis to fighting against them to free his village, the movie is about Magga's journey, transformation, and fight.

Directed by Rajiev Dhingra, Firangi also stars Monica Gill, Edward Sonnenblick, Kumud Mishra, Rajesh Sharma, Inaamulhaq, Aanjjan Srivastav, Jameel Khan and Vishal O Sharma in vital roles. The movie is set to hit the theatre screens on November 24. 

I do not have dreams, go with the flow, reveals Zaira Wasim!

Secret Superstar’s actress Zaira Wasim, who turned 17 on Monday, tells she does not have a dream to achieve. Instead, she believes that destiny will guide her way.

Zaira, who comes from Kashmir, caught the attention of Bollywood buffs first with "Dangal". With "Secret Superstar", she has upped the ante with her act as a teenage girl Insiya, who chases her dream of becoming a singing superstar under the confinement of anonymity.

During her birthday celebrations at her co-star Aamir Khan's residence here, Zaira was enquired about the dream she wants to achieve.

She told, "I do not have dreams. I will go with the flow and I believe in destiny. I know if things are meant to happen, they will happen. Your destiny will take you where you belong."

The actress, along with Chandan and Aamir, also plans to visit many theatres to enjoy the viewers reactions while watching the movie with them later in the day.

I knew Harvey Weinstein was a womanizer, reveals Matt Damon!

Hollywood actor Matt Damon reveals he knew Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, accused of sexual harassment by many actresses, was a womaniser, but was not aware that he was a predator.

"When people say like, ‘Everybody knew,' Like, yeah, I knew he was an a**hole," Damon revealed ABC News in a joint interview with actor George Clooney, reports a portal.

"He was proud of that. That's how he carried himself. I knew he was a womaniser. I wouldn't want to be married to the guy. But this level of criminal sexual predation is not something that I ever thought was going on. Absolutely not," Damon further added.

Damon worked with Weinstein on "Good Will Hunting", the 1997 film that launched Damon's career.

Damon told, "You had to spend about five minutes with him to know that he was a bully. He was intimidating. Miramax was the place, really the place that was making great stuff in the 1990s. And it was like, ‘Could you survive Harvey?'"

Damon told Weinstein's "darkness" was done in private and he never saw it take place, reports a portal.

"What makes something like this so horrific is that these are women and actresses who are pursuing their dreams. They're doing everything right. And suddenly they found themselves alone with a predator," Damon revealed.

Tabu doesn't want to limit herself in the formula of "women-oriented" film!

Much-admired actress Tabu tells she enjoys essaying strong women characters on screen but she doesn't want to limit herself in the formula of "women-oriented" film.

She considers taking the responsibility of a whole film could affect her creative mind. So, she is cautious with her choice at this point of her career.

As 'women-oriented' movies are changing the narrative of new age Indian cinema, why has she not appeared in such movies in recent times? Tabu revealed, "Now, taking a decision on films is not that black and white like earlier. In the beginning of my career, I have done many films where the tag of 'women-oriented' film was not there... I chose the films because the character was substantial. Now, if producers and directors are coming to me with the formula of 'women-oriented' films, with the idea of putting the responsibility of a film on my shoulder, I do not want to get stuck in there.”

"The focus should be on my work, as in on my performance, not that I sell in this category of film.” she further added.

Konkona Sen Sharma opens up about gender equality and feminism!

Bollywood actress Konkona Sen Sharma is one of the actors who is outspoken. She has spoken about gender equality, feminism and more at various occasions and her quotes are worth reading.

Lately, during a communication with a charitable organisation named OXFAM India, Konkona was questioned if she is someone who has strongly practiced in raising a feminist or gender-sensitive child. To which she specified, "I am very aware of this and it troubles me I see that there are so many everyday instances of gender inequality that happen around him. In our neighbourhood, kids play football in the evening and once I had a conversation with my son about the fact that it was boys who were playing and the girls were nowhere to be seen. I feel it is important to have such conversations and make your child aware of gender because in so many un-thinking ways they can learn about patriarchy."

She further revealed, "Once I remember, he asked if he could wear a nail polish. I didn’t tell him that boys don’t wear nail polish. I explained that make-up was not meant for children and he could decide for himself when he grew up. But, then he also learnt from the world that boys don’t wear pink. I kept explaining that colour doesn’t matter but sometimes children are influenced more my other kids than parents. It is hard, for parents alone, to counter the existing patriarchy. The community, society and school mould a child’s perspective towards gender. There are gender differences but they need to be celebrated and integrated."

The first look of the film will be revealed tomorrow, but the makers decided to tease the fans with a poster which features the 4 main badass leads looking beautiful.

In the photo, all clothes adorned by the actresses are by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. Kareena looks beautiful in a golden yellow ghagra choli with embellishments and Sonam brings sexy back in an ivory white and golden lehenga which she paired with a unhooked blouse that had baloon sleeves. Swara looks lovely in a lemon green lehenga with mirror detailing and Shikha looks pretty in a peachy golden lehenga. 

Vidya Balan opens up about playing the role of Indira Gandhi!

Bollywood actress Vidya Balan had been offered the role of Indira Gandhi, the late prime minister of India who was also the only woman PM of India. It was to be directed by Manish Gupta, but it seems the film didn't work out. Vidya reveals, "I've been offered the role of Indira Gandhi a couple of times but it's not really worked out so far in terms of script. Maybe someone writes a good script someday...."

When we questioned Vidya if she admired the late prime minister, she responded, "Yeah. I just find her a formidable force. And when we think of a powerful name in the country Indira Gandhi's name is foremost and the only woman prime minister we've had. So, I'd love to play Indira Gandhi. But lots of other things as well. I could never imagine I would play a homemaker who is a late night RJ (in Tumhari Sulu). My imagination is very limited in it. I'm hoping there are lots of writers who can think of interesting stories to tell with me."

With that, it definitely looks like it will be a treat to watch Vidya Balan in Tumhari Sulu. The film releases worldwide on November 17, 2017.
