Bobby Deol Opens Up About His Darkest Days!

Bobby Deol's Bollywood career has been filled with highs and lows. In the 1990s, he rose to prominence as a performer, but in the 2000s, his career took a dramatic turn for the worse. However, he made a remarkable comeback with Animal and Class of '83, both of which are accessible on Netflix. Remembering 'putting his family through tribulations and shared that they were going through a lot of misery,' the actor recently opened up about his difficulties.

During a media appearance, Bobby Deol broke down in tears as he talked about how his family and himself were affected by his career losses.

The tearful Gupt singer described the struggles his family endured while they watched him struggle in his career and claimed it was painful for them to see him suffer without being able to help. He acknowledged the hardships he unintentionally caused his family, stating that their close bond made things considerably more challenging because they were also going through his pain.

Bobby's older brother, actor Sunny Deol, comforted him throughout the emotional event. Bobby underlined the value of resilience, stating, "That’s the whole thing. Don’t give up in life."

Bobby Deol debuted as an actor in Rajkumar Santoshi's Barsaat in 1995. His parts in popular films such as Humraaz (2002), Badal (2000), Bichhoo (2000), Ajnabee (2001), Gupt (1997), and Soldier (1998) quickly brought him fame.

Prior to his great performances in the Class of '83 and Aashram, his career stalled. He experienced a string of box office failures in the 2000s, despite his early success. Race 3 (2018) was a commercially successful effort at a revival that drew criticism.

Bobby has a long list of potential projects in the works. He will appear in the Telugu films Daaku Maharaaj and Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1. In addition, he will feature in the highly anticipated Housefull 5: Alpha and the Tamil blockbuster Thalapathy 69.

Anil Kapoor did Race 3 only for money!

Veteran Anil Kapoor is presently hectic with the promotions of his forthcoming movie Fanney Khan. Helmed by Atul Manjrekar, the movie also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Rajkummar Rao.

Anil Kapoor was last seen in the action-thriller Race 3. Helmed by Remo D'Souza, the movie had an ensemble cast of Salman Khan, Bobby Deol, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah and Saqeeb Salim.

The movie opened with mixed reviews and criticism from the critics and the viewers. However, it made a collection of Rs 100 crore at the box office.

In a media chat with a daily, Anil was questioned the why he said yes to be a part of Race 3 and he joked, "For the money."

Kapoor further added, "Whenever I sign a film, I obviously think of the amount of money that it will fetch me. Acting is my profession, it earns me my daily bread and butter. If I do not give importance to earning enough money, how will I run my kitchen? My wife will never allow me into the house if I do not earn money, so it’s important to me."

Salman starrer Race 3 to roar at box office with 100-crore plus!

Salman starrer film Race 3 is roaring at the box office. It has earned Rs 39.16 crore on Sunday and thus making the total to Rs 106.47 crore.

The movie, in spite of getting largely negative reviews from the critics has been doing record-breaking business at the box office.

In the past, Salman Khan's three movies have enjoyed 100 crore weekend - Bajrangi Bhaijaan (Rs 102 crore), Sultan (Rs 105 crore) and Tiger Zinda Hai (Rs 115 crore). Race 3 was also the biggest opener of 2018 besting Baaghi 2 (Rs 25 crore) and Padmaavat (Rs 19 crore).

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is all set to drop the much-anticipated trailer of his forthcoming movie Zero on the occasion of Eid. In the promo, we will be seeing the glimpse of Salman, who has a special appearance in the movie.

Lately, during a chat with a daily, when Salman was questioned about shooting with SRK for Zero, he specified, "I am in Zero because I am a zero and now, Shah Rukh’s in the race too."

He further added, "I had enjoyed shooting with him. When we were discussing Zero and Race, I suggested we have a little bit of both on Eid. It would be double the dhamaal."

Remo D'Souza confirms as Salman to perform all the daredevil stunts in real for Race 3!

Superstar Salman Khan will be next seen in the action-thriller Race 3. The third series is helmed by Remo D'Souza.

The trailer looks high on stunts and action sequences. Salman Khan is seen fighting the goons, car fight scenes and much more.

In a chat with a daily, Remo D'Souza revealed about Salman's introduction scene and also the action scenes.

Remo revealed, "The biggest vision while directing Race 3 was to represent Salman Khan like never before! I am a huge fan of Salman and I know how audiences would want to see him on the big screen. Hence I personally planned on giving Salman a Larger than life entry sequence in the movie."

About the action sequences, Remo told, "Salman has performed all the daredevil stunts all by himself. Right from the car chasing sequences and firing while riding a bike to all the gunshots and hand to hand combat all are performed by him. I was mesmerized when Salman refused to use anybody double for his action sequences. It will be a visual treat for everyone, each time when Salman appears on screen during the course of the movie. I was very clear since the beginning, wanted all the feel of the movie to be completely REAL. All the action sequence in the movie are specially choreographed by Tom Struthers and Anal Arsu and was shot under high security and trained stunt professionals throughout."

Race 3 is scheduled to release on June 15, 2018.

Superstar Salman Khan's heroines have always been very fond of him. Time and again, they have spoken about how kind and supportive a person he is.

Lately, Jacqueline Fernandez, who is set to star with Khan in their forthcoming movie Race 3, gave an interview where she was all admirations for him.

Jacqueline revealed that she has known Salman from the time she came to India.  She went on to say that he has been a friend and a supporter from the time when she didn't even know whether to sign a film or not.

She spoke about how being a part of Kick changed her life.

She revealed to a media agency, "To me, Salman is family." Further, Jackie went on to say that she respects Salman a lot and would do anything for him, and even he feels the same.

She further added, "I respect him a lot, I feel like he has been a huge, positive force for me."

Directed by Remo D'souza, the film is set to release on Eid this year.

Veteran actor Anil Kapoor is the one who has been a part of all the three movies in the Race franchise. But, each time, for Anil Kapoor, the experience has been a different one. As per Anil Kapoor, shooting for Race 3 had been the most thrilling one.

In a media chat, he revealed, "There have been gaps between all the three parts, so obviously it becomes fresh every time. But this has been the most exciting one. There was something which was very positive about it in terms of the journey and the actors. We shot the film in six months — kab shuru hui, kab khatam hui pata hi nahin chala! Everything went like clockwork. Working with Salman (they have done No Entry together) and Jacqueline (Fernandez) again as well as Remo (D’souza, director), Bobby (Deol), Daisy (Shah), Saqib (Saleem) and Freddy (Daruwala) for the first time was wonderful. We don’t know the film’s fate at the box office. Nobody can predict it, but the journey has been fantastic."

When questioned about the other two part being thriller and this one being given the treatment of an action entertainer, he revealed, "You go according to what the script demands. Here, the scale is much bigger. When you have Salman in a film, the scale automatically goes up. His movies can afford to do that. We have tried to make an entertaining flick. This is made for a larger audience."

"Families and kids didn’t really go to see the first two films. They were more for a certain section of the audience. That’s why though they did well, their business was not as big as blockbusters. Salman has a fan base, and you have to be careful with that. You can’t take it lightly. It’s an action and musical bonanza as well as an Eid release, so don’t intellectualise it. Race 3 still has its twists and turns, but they are more relatable to the family audience," further added Kapoor.

"I am personally looking into the story and locking the director for the film. The script will bring Bobby back as a Greek God. Back in the day, Bobby was fondly called ‘Jattallion’ by friends. It was a grand way of describing him — a good-looking and charming star. And that’s what we’ll bring him back as. The production will be well-timed, will have the right budget and a complete mass appeal. Action and dance will be taken to the next level too. If Bobby thought he worked hard for Race 3, he doesn’t know what’s coming," revealed Salman.

In a media chat with a daily, Salman Khan opened up about stardom and competition with the young actors.

Salman revealed, "When I started out in the late 1980s, I looked up to my seniors in the industry and wondered if we would ever be able to match the stardom of Dilip Kumar, Rajesh Khanna, Amitabh Bachchan. It seemed impossible at the time. Today, I think keeping up with the juniors and their fan-following is ten times harder. None of us older stars are letting go of anything easily, and we’re going to give the younger ones a hard time, but it’s not easy."

He further adds, "I’m working harder because the newcomers are so good at what they do. Actors my age can’t be complacent about our physique, films and acting."

When questioned does he see himself in any of the young actors, the superstar responded, "Varun Dhawan."

"He has grown up in front of me and has some of me, Sanjay Dutt and Govinda in him and he has imbibed only our good qualities," revealed Salman Khan.

The twosome was joined by none other than Salman Khan, who was unacquainted of the fact that the video is LIVE. He thought that Bobby is sending his Valentine wish to his wife Tanya Deol. But when Salman gets to know about going Insta Live, he covers his face with embarrassment and then wishes fans on Valentine's Day. 

Salman was all admirations for Bobby as he said to watch out for him in Race 3. Bobby in return called his Salman Mamu an angel of his life.

Race 3’s first song choreographed now!

Superstar Salman Khan is presently shooting for the action-thriller Race 3. The actor has replaced Saif Ali Khan in the lead role.

The shooting of the movie began a few weeks ago and now, the team shot the first song of the movie. The pronouncement was made by the producer of the movie Ramesh Taurani on his Twitter page. Taurani even posted a photograph with Race 3 director Remo D'souza.

The song will feature Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez. Well, we cannot wait to see their amazing chemistry together.

Salman to shed weight for 'Race 3'!

Recently, he decided to get leaner for his forthcoming film, Race 3. Speaking about it, a source specified to a tabloid, "Yes, Salman will be losing at least 7-8kg. For the same purpose, the actor has made changes in his diet regimen to shed weight and acquire a lean physique. There have also been a number of changes in his workout regimen to meet the weight requirements,” says an insider, adding that since Salman is “personally into fitness and exercises."

The source further revealed, "There will be high-octane, stylised action sequences in the action thriller, so Salman feels a leaner physique will go best with his new avatar."

Furthermore, Salman has always been into fitness and exercises even before he made his Bollywood debut. For Race 3, the megastar will be seen in a stylish and sexy avatar and he is leaving no stone unturned to get a leaner body.

After Bobby Deol, now Saqib Saleem and Daisy Shah are formally on board Race 3. There has been conjecture about Aditya Roy Kapur, Sooraj Pancholi, and Sidharth Malhotra being approached for Remo D’ Souza’s Race 3, which is being produced by Ramesh Taurani and Salman Khan.

Anil Kapoor who had been part of Race and Race 2 won’t be seen in the third installment. Race 3, starring Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Bobby Deol is one of the hottest films in trade today. All the characters in the film, including Salman have shades of grey.

A source reveals, “Daisy and Saqib have signed the film. Daisy had been telling close friends in her circle that she has signed a very big film but was waiting for the announcement to come from the producer. What’s more interesting is that while Anil Kapoor won’t be a part of the third Race franchise directed by Remo D’Souza, a new addition to it is now Huma Qureshi’s brother Saqib. Sooraj Pancholi, who Salman is very fond of, was being considered as the superstar is reportedly calling the shots in the casting and production aspects, but it didn’t work out and Saqib has stepped in Sooraj’s place. While Salman will romance Jacqueline, Bobby will romance Daisy. Saqib’s role will also have negative shades to it like the rest of the cast. Like the earlier Race movies, the audience, while watching Race 3, will be wondering until the very end as to who the real villain is?”

Ramesh Taurani reveals, “Apart from Salman Khan, Bobby Deol and Jacqueline Fernandez now Daisy Shah and Saqib Saleem are officially part of Race 3 now. Daisy is the second female lead in the film.”

Superstar Salman Khan's Race 3 is one of the most awaited flicks this year. The film has got a new entrant and it is none other than Bobby Deol who has worked with producer Ramesh Taurani previously.

Ramesh and Bobby have worked together in Soldier, Naqaab and are all set to revive their association.

Talking about it to a daily, Taurani revealed, "I have worked with Bobby earlier and both Soldier and Naqaab were a great experience. He is an absolute delight to work with, very professional and a really nice guy. He will be styled differently in the film and you will see him in a never seen- before avatar.”

Wihout revealing much details, Ramesh further added, “In Race, all characters are grey. You will have to watch the film to figure out what exactly each one is playing.”

Race 3 will be directed by Remo D'Souza and is slated to release on Eid 2018. 

Salman Khan’s big No for steamy and drug dealing scenes in Race 3!

Salman Khan's order for his flicks is as famous as the megastar himself.

The actor has gone on record to confess that he will never play a negative character onscreen, liplock is a big NO.

A source informed a tabloid that Salman Khan has already discussed and instructed the Race 3 makers of a few of his rules which include that the script should be funny, no steamy scenes and no scenes comprising drugs.

A source revealed, “Salman has already asked the writers, director Remo D’Souza and producer Ramesh Taurani to make the film funnier. He wants more humour in the script.”

“He wants the film to cater to family audiences. He doesn’t want them squirming in their seats. He doesn’t want even one steamy scene or something that people in the family cannot watch together,” a source further added.

Salman seemingly also asked the makers to tweak a scene which involved his character dealing with drugs. “There was a scene, which involved Salman’s character dealing in drugs. That has been chopped off now because Salman does not want to set a bad example for his fans, especially kids and youngsters who follow him. Therefore, the drug-peddling angle in the story too has been nixed,” the source disclosed.

Big B’s NO for Salman's Race 3!

Film Race 3 has been making news ever since Salman Khan came onboard for it, making the franchise superior and better. Rumors were widespread that Amitabh Bachchan might also be a part of the film. But, later news suggested that Aditya Pancholi has been roped in for the same role.

While it would have been a spectacle to watch Salman and Big B share screen space, a source disclosed to a daily why the superstar had to say NO to Race 3. As per the source, Big B's date issues were one of the reasons why he wasn't able to take up the project.

"Big B already has given his October and November dates for the football biopic Jhund. The Race 3 team also plan to begin shooting around the same time. The clash of dates meant that Bachchan had to choose one and since he had already given his dates to Jhund, he politely turned down Race 3," the source revealed.
