As per reports, Farah Khan is making a movie, which will be adapted from the classic Raj N Sippy directorial Satte Pe Satta, which had Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini essaying the lead roles.

A quirky comedy that rotates around the story of seven brothers, Farah plans to make a modern day adaptation of the same. About the film hero, a source reveals, "Farah has already discussed the idea with Hrithik Roshan, who has also given a verbal nod to the project. Farah has reworked the whole script and designed it to suit the contemporary times. They needed a megastar who would command the same screen presence as Big B and Hrithik was their first choice. Farah and Hrithik have been friends for decades now so he instantly heard the story and okayed it. The final modalities will be worked out soon and the actor will also make an announcement right after that."

It's an exciting association not just for Hrithik and Farah but also for the actor and Rohit Shetty, who is producing the movie.

Filmmaker Farah Khan reveals about her plan to work again with SRK!

Bollywood’s celebs Farah Khan and Shah Rukh Khan have been the best of friends for decades now and that equation has only thickened over the years. Though Farah has retired from choreographing, if SRK requests her, she wouldn't reject.

In her 13 year old long journey as a director, Farah has worked the most with Shah Rukh Khan. Ask her how the equation has with SRK evolved over the years and she confesses, "I have choreographed SRK the most. Even now, though I have retired, if he tells me, I will do it. I enjoy choreographing SRK the most. We are friends for a reason. We think alike and our sense of humour is the same. We have the same kind of beliefs of filmmaking. So he would be my number one choice. Now we only talk about our kids. What are they doing and how is it happening? We meet less now. Since I have three kids now, unlike before when I was single. I used to go out often."

Fascinatingly, when Farah was last questioned if she would work with Khan anytime soon, she had told that he wouldn't fit the role. Quiz her if there is anything else in the pipeline and Farah states, "Then I was writing something different. That was a girl oriented film which I wanted to make. I didn't finish that script. Now I have two scripts and you never know if for that I will work with SRK. I think you guys will know at the right time."

Lately, Farah Khan who was one of the judges along with Anu Malik and Sonu Nigam in the early episodes of the show, shared a picture on Instagram wherein she is seen posing with Sonu Nigam. she captioned it as, "N the originals r bk#indianidol9 the show that changed television in India." Farah will be joining Anu and Sonu on the judge's panel to judge the new season. The first Indian Idol was Abhijeet Sawant.

Reunion of Farah, Sonu & Anu on Indian Idol season 7!

An Indian Idol which was aired first in the year 2004. People were stuck to their television sets to watch the singing reality show and vote for their favourite participants. The judges of the first season were Anu Malik, Sonu Nigam and Farah Khan and audiences loved their friendship and the fun they had while shooting for the show.

Now, the show is set to back with season seven and Sonu has been roped in as one of the judges along with Anu. Now, as per a famous tabloid, even Farah will be joining Anu and Sonu which will mark the meeting of the season one judges.

A source revealed, "The idea was to bring back the original trio. Farah is a connoisseur of good music and her films have had chartbuster songs."

Farah, who has been regular in judging reality shows on television, is currently on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

Aamir asked for reading hand and spit on it during Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar’s days, reveals Farah Khan!

Aamir and his prankster nature are known to all. Aamir during the reunion of Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar was a laughter bomb.

The Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar cast shared the stage after 24 hours at the 18th MAMI festival and well it was nothing less than a fiesta. Deepak Tijori, Ayesha Jhulka, Mamik Singh, Farah Khan, Pooja Bedi and Imran Khan among others were present at the get-together. And the cherry on the cake was the Dangal star who gave us numerous laughter moments. 

Aamir Khan is a big prankster on the sets and was the same during the filming of Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar .

Remembering one such moment Farah revealed, “Aamir used to say everyone and he still doing this ...he is like let me read your hand ...and he would spit on their hand....”

Quick to retort Aamir light-heartedly responded, “Maine jis heroine ke haath par thukha hai wo number one ban gai ” (Whoever’s hand I have spat on has become a number 1 heroine).

Pooja who was a party to the chat in a jest told, “I'll tell my daughter that Aalia u have to go and meet Aamir uncle he needs to spit on your hand.”

And Aamir with his humour didn’t stop here. Speaking about what all has changed during this period of 24 years, he jokingly told, “24 years me bahut kuch change ho gaya hai...meri shadi toot gai...nai shadi ho gai ...or kya”.
