Vidya Balan is maybe one of the most bankable star in
B-Town. With movies like The Dirty Picture and Kahaani, she has
taken on the stereotypes, carving a niche for herself in the movie
industry.
Well, if reports are to be believed the actor is all set to
enter the Tamil industry as well.
As per to numerous reports the Kahaani 2 actor has
been roped in for Kabali spin-off opposite Rajinikanth.
When Vidya was asked regarding this, she did not refute the
reports and told, "You will know in a while."(laughs)
Vidya was talking at the book launch of The Wrong Turn which
has been written by Tisca Chopra's husband Samjay Chopra and Namita Roy Ghose
Megastar Rajinikanth and director Ranjith will be teaming
for the second time for the movie, which will be produced by Rajnikanth's
son-in-law Dhanush under his home banner wunderbar films.
Kabali which was a huge box office was also directed P
Ranjith with Rajni playing a Malaysian don.
Kabali is a tale of a gangster played by superstar
Rajinikanth who seeks redemption, after coming out of jail. He was locked up in
jail for over 20 years. Radhika Apte starred opposite superstar as the female
lead.
Well, for now the actor hasn't denied the report, so we can
surely hope to see Vidya ruling the Tamil industry in the coming days?
Well, we will have to wait for an official confirmation for
this.
