The makers of Baywatch absolutely know how to play their
cards right! Just so they could keep the enthusiasm levels rising, they’ve now
released a second trailer of the movie. And no, it doesn’t feature much
of Priyanka Chopra, only two times! But, we do see Priyanka
mouthing a dialogue in one of the two shots, if that makes you pleased.
The trailer has Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron and of course,
bikini babes, written all over. Unlike the earlier trailer, this one gives a
larger outline of the film’s plot line that revolves majorly around drugs, a
dead body, and real estate scams. Dwayne essays a dedicated lifeguard Mitch
Buchannon, while Zac essays the role of a brash new recruit. Their friendship
deserves a special mention as the duo is at their entertaining best, uncovering
a local criminal plot that threatens the future of the Bay. Baywatch is
undoubtedly one of the most awaited ventures of 2017, and we’ve got Priyanka
Chopra to thank for that.
She essays a negative role in the movie, essaying the role
of a character named Victoria Leeds. We surprise why the makers of the film
aren’t giving this sexy villain much screen time! Is it a intended move to draw
more audience to the theaters, or is Priyanka’s screen time actually scarce?
Guess we will have to wait until the movie’s release to find that out. Helmed
by Seth Gordon of Horrible Bosses fame, the film also features Alexandra
Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach, and Ilfenesh Hadera, in pivotal roles. It will also
feature cameos from David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson, the stars of the
original TV show. The movie hits the cinemas on 26 May, save the date!
