Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan
may be going through a tough time presently as his father-in-law
Krishnaraj Rai is admitted to the hospital and is critical. Both Abhishek and
Aishwarya are taking time out of their schedule and are continually
present at the hospital. Superstar Amitabh Bachchan, Mickey
Contractor, Kunal Kapoor and Sikandar Kher among others also visited Rai in the
hospital.
Amongst these trying times,
Abhishek has taken time out to post a special message for his loveable
sister Shweta Bachchan Nanda, who celebrates her birthday today.
As Shweta turns a year older, Abhishek posted a picture of
the two together, which was candidly clicked during Abu Jani and Sandeep
Khosla's show. The caption of the picture reads, "She will stand up for
you when most won't. She'll fight for you, even after you, yourself, have given
up. She will be there supporting you when you need her the most. She will set
you straight when you are getting too big for your boots and give you a hug
right after coz you're her baby brother! Happy birthday Shwetdi. You're all
that this kid could ask for. I love you."
On the film front, Abhishek will reportedly be seen next in
Prabhudheva's Lefty and Ram Gopal Varma's Erase. Rumours of him
doing a film with wifey Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are also doing the
rounds. Apparently, Abhishek and Aishwarya will be working in Gulaab Jamun which
will be produced under Phantom Films. However, nothing is announced officially
as of yet.
