Zayn Malik’s no interest making friends from the band!

Singer Zayn Malik started his career as a band member of One Direction which comprised four others namely Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan. The fivesome came as solo artists on X-Factor and thanks to Simon Cowell, One Direction became the biggest boyband in the world.

But, in 2015, what came as a shocker, Zayn quit 1D, breaking millions of hearts in the process. Later, the other members of One Direction went on a hiatus to focus on their solo careers.

Zayn became a breakout solo star when his single Pillowtalk released and the song broke records worldwide and since then, we see Zayn in a new light which is totally different from his 1D days. 

In a media chat with the magazine, Zayn got open about how One Direction was not his cup of tea and told, "My vision didn't necessarily always go with what was going on within the band."

Keeping his stance uneven yet again, Zayn talked about how he did not make friends in the band. "I didn't really, like, make any friends from the band. I just didn't do it. It's not something that I'm afraid to say. I definitely have issues trusting people," Zayn revealed further.

Speaking about the busy life One Direction went through with the albums and concerts, Zayn further added, "It got too crazy. I just got too much into the party scene. Just going out all the time. And I was too distracted."
