Bollywood’s leggy lass Karishma Tanna is presently at the
peak of her career. She is rumoured to be playing the role of Madhuri Dixit in
Sanju, a movie based on the life of megastar Sanjay Dutt. The rumours about her
character started doing the rounds even before the movie dropped its first
teaser.
But, Karishma Tanna could neither be seen in the teaser, nor
in the trailer of the movie. She has also not participated in any of the
promotional events for the movie, unlike her other co-stars. When questioned
about her part in the movie, the actor stayed tight-lipped. While speaking to a
daily, she just told, "All I can say is that it’s a very important role
but I really can’t talk about it."
Avoiding the question about whether she is playing Madhuri
Dixit in the flick, Karishma revealed that she would love to play the dhak dhak
girl if ever her biopic is made. She told, "Madhuri ma’am is a great star
and I would love to do her biopic. It’s magical to see her perform, especially
when she dances. I also have the same passion towards dance and I think it
would be a dream come true moment for me.”
