As director Rohit Shetty is finalizing the script for the
remake of the 1989-blockbuster Ram Lakhan, veteran actor Gulshan Grover
believes that no other actor can play his character Kesariya Vilayati (also
known as Bad Man) better than him.
Gulshan Grover, who got a lot of appreciation for his depiction
of 'Bad Man' in Ram Lakhan, told that the character has a peculiar look and a
certain kind of dialogue delivery. Speaking at an event, he further added that
only he can play the character and no other actor has the ability to play the
character in the remake of the movie.
Actors Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh are rumored to be
frontrunners for the roles of Ram and Lakhan respectively. The remake rights of
the movie have been acquired by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.
