Hrithik Roshan is synonymous with physical fitness, and now
he’s taking his love for exercise to a new level by launching his own workout
regime.
Duggu is currently designing the routine with his personal
trainer Mustafa Ahmed, after which the duo will teach it to experts at select
gyms. Mustafa says the workout is inspired from animal moves, so the exercises
will include compound and functional movements, stretches and core strengthening.
There’s no doubt that it’ll be a big hit with Hrithik’s fan base.
