Sonakshi Sinha’s twitter spat with duo Amaal and Armaan?

As per reports, pop star Justin Bieber is all set to perform in India next month. His Mumbai concert is being keenly awaited and the fans can barely contain their excitement. Bollywood actress cum singer Sonakshi Sinha is one of the actresses who would be performing at the concert. If the news are to be believed, then the actress would be opening the show. But, this news hasn't gone down well with a few singers like Kailash Kher and Armaan Malik.

On reading the above news, Armaan got on to Twitter and wrote, "Agree with @Kailashkher sir! Actors are actors & singers are singers. Leave the stage & mic to us, that's our playground not yours."

Clearly, this tweet didn't go down well with Sonakshi who reacted on Twitter, "A secure artist wud always encourage another artist to grow their skills and follow their dreams. Art in any form should not be suppressed."

In another tweet, Sonakshi posted, "And this is definitely not the same tune you were singing when you wanted me to sing for you."

Sinha, it seems got confused with Amaal and Armaan. Hence Armaan explained to her on Twitter by telling, "You are mistaking me for @AmaalMallik he is the composer."

Defending herself, Sonakshi told, "Of course i know Amaal is the composer but i clearly remem u both coming up to me after an event a while bk asking to do a song together."

While the conversation was only between Sonakshi and Armaan, when the former wrote about Amaal, he too jumped into the war of words on Twitter. He posted, "I may have said let's collaborate, but @ArmaanMalik22 and I haven't attended any such event where we came up together & said this to you."

Sonakshi laughed off this tweet by Amaal and ended the tweet by writing, "good luck to you both."

But Armaan Malik wasn't convinced and later added, "I Agree with u sonakshi.. but I voiced what I felt about how singers are shunned in our country & given lesser importance than actors!!"

Interestingly, this is not the first time that the Malik brothers have voiced their opinion about singers, musicians and composers not being given importance. Lately, Amaal spoke up for lyricist Manoj Muntashir when he wasn't credited for his song in Half Girlfriend. Armaan too had reacted when Amaal's name had gone missing from an article when his song Gulaabi 2.0 form Sonakshi Sinha's Noor released.
