A few days after the trailer of R. Balki's forthcoming movie
Ki & Ka was released, it had been informed that Saif Ali Khan was quite annoyed
with Arjun Kapoor's late night calls to Kareena Kapoor Khan and that the Nawab
had taken the Gunday to task for such calls.
But, recently at a special screening of his forthcoming movie,
when asked to elaborate on the issue, a visibly bugged Arjun disparaged the
reports and offered to show the congratulatory text messages sent by Saif to
him. ''I know what I am about to do is extreme but this is necessary. It's
about time people understood that actors don't fight with each other,'' Arjun told
before proceeding to read out the message, which read, ''I just saw your promo,
bro. You killed it. Well done! It's so relaxing, fun, modern and different. I
think you have a great hit on your hands. Celebrate soon.''
Directed by R. Balki, Ki & Ka also stars Amitabh
Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan in cameo roles and the movie revolve around a
career-oriented woman and her progressive husband, who prefers to take care of
the home.
