After washing their dirty linen in public, Karisma Kapoor
and her separated husband Sunjay Kapur have finally decided to divorce by
mutual consent and they have already signed the consent agreement.
Kapoor has been given the full-time custody of her children
– daughter Samaira and son Kiaan and Sunjay has been given sufficient visitation
rights over them. The consent terms were submitted before the Supreme Court and
they will be granted a divorce by the family court on June 30.
Sunjay, who had earlier agreed to pay Rs.10 lakh for his
kids' maintenance, will also be transferring the ownership of the family's
Mumbai home to the actress.
The couple tied the knot in 2003 and filed for divorce in
2014.
