When YRF declared that they'll be launching Bhumi Pednekar
with Dum Laga Ke Haisha many eyebrows were raised as Bhumi was considered too overweight
to be a mainstream actress. But, she has now shut up her critics by shedding
kilos and transforming completely.
Everyone, including the cynics, are obviously agreeably stunned
with her metamorphosis and at a recent event, Bhumi disclosed her diet secrets
with everyone.
Here's a list of foods she eats and avoids to keep her
weight in check as follows:
Avoid: Refined sugar, Saturated fats of any kind, Products
made of wheat, Cheese etc.
Eat: Nuts, Healthier grains like Bajra and Jowar, Brown rice,
High-protein foods etc.
