A few months ago there was talk Alia Bhatt was eyeing a
biopic about a hockey player but nothing more ever came of that rumour.
Now I can tell you that the story was nothing but a
misunderstanding. You see, Alia plays an aspiring Bihari hockey player in
Abhishek Chaubey's drug-drama Udta Punjab that also stars Kareena Kapoor,
Shahid Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh. Since the role was kept under wraps someone
who heard a bit about it must have put two and two together to make twenty-two.
Hopefully I’ve cleared up any confusion now!
