Kareena Kapoor Khan’s decision for kissing scenes in Ki And Ka due to script demands!

Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, who will be next seen romantically paired opposite Arjun Kapoor, is seen locking lips with him in certain scenes and when she was questioned about this at the trailer launch of the movie, she brushed off the questions with her witticisms.

But, in a latest interview, she opened up about her decision and admitted that when she and Saif had tied the knot, there was a slight amount of possessiveness and hence, both had agreed to not do kissing scenes, but now that they have grown older and wiser, they think it is silly and archaic to have such limitations, especially considering their professions. Kareena further added that she and Saif mutually agreed to not restrict themselves as actors and do what the script demands. The actress however hastened to add that she would not lock lips with a co-star just for the heck of it.

Aishwarya intervenes for getting permission to shoot at Indo-Pak border!

We had informed a couple of days back that the Sarbjit team was facing issues with securing permission to shoot a few sequences of their forthcoming movie at the Indo-Pak border, but it now seems that the schedule will finally go through.

News has it that Aishwarya, who plays a leading role in the movie, intervened and personally requested government officials to grant her team the required permissions to shoot at the border and when a former beauty queen makes a request, it is somewhat tough to turn her down, isn't it? Unnecessary to say, the permissions were granted and the crew will shoot for the sequence in the coming week before heading to Mumbai for their next schedule.

Directed by Omung Kumar, Sarbjit, which also stars Randeep Hooda and Richa Chadda, revolves around Indian farmer Sarbjit Singh, who was convicted for spying by the Pakistan government.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who is presently shooting for her forthcoming movie Sarbjit, could not contain her maternal instincts when dealing with child artistes on the sets of the movie, we overhear.

A source attached to the movie unit revealed, ''While shooting for a sequence for her upcoming movie 'Sarbjit', the actress had to share screen with a bunch of young children. All the while that Aishwarya was shooting with the younger lot; she made sure to take good care of them. Her maternal instincts were evident as she kept checking on them regularly. Not only this, the light-eyed former beauty queen also asked the makers to make arrangements like refreshments and a shade during sunny days for the kids between shots.''

RGV’s Company 2 with Vivek Oberoi to be a Trilingual!

Vivek Oberoi had made a hotheaded acting debut as gruff gangster Chandu Nagre in Ram Gopal Varma's underworld film Company and 15 years after the movie released, the two are teaming up for Company 2.

A thrilled Vivek told that Ramu is the go-to guy for a movie on the underworld and that he is quite thrilled about the movie, which he will be producing too. Vivek also added that the movie will be made in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil and that it will go on floors in mid-2016. Fascinatingly, Vivek had been rejected by Ramu the first time they met because the latter thought the former was too suave and smooth to play a rustic gangster.

Company, which had also starred Ajay Devgn, Manisha Koirala and others, was based on the friendship and eventual rivalry between underworlds dons Dawood Ibrahim and Chhota Rajan.

We had informed that Akshay Kumar, who had teamed up with Neeraj Pandey for Special 26 and Baby, will join forces with him once more for Rustom, a romantic thriller and we managed to get our hands on Akshay's look from the movie.

The movie will have Kumar play the role of an Indian Navy officer and the Khiladi uploaded his look from the movie on his Twitter page and told, “Decorated officer. Devoted family man. Defending his honour. His name? RUSTOM. Directed by debutant Tinu Suresh Desai and produced by Neeraj Pandey, Rustom is seemingly set in the 50s and is inspired from certain real life incidents that happened in the past and will be shot in India as well as in Britain.

Megastar Sanjay Dutt, who had been sentenced to prison over his role in the 1993 Bombay bomb blasts case, was released from the Yerwada Jail in Pune today and we have overheard that this 'walk of freedom' might be the first shot of his biopic.

We have learned that the footage of Baba, as he is lovingly known, walking out of prison with a bag and a file, will be the opening shot of his biopic, which stars Ranbir Kapoor as the male lead. Hirani, who is quite thrilled about Dutt's release, affirmed that Sanjay will rock his 'second innings'.

In May 2013, the Supreme Court had upheld the TADA court's sentence and awarded Dutt five years of imprisonment under the Arms Act for his role in the 1993 Bombay bomb blasts case.

Akshay Kumar is not replacing Saif for Chef!

Recently, there was a newsbreak around Akshay Kumar being approached to play the title role in Hindi adaptation of Hollywood hit Chef. It astonished many since Saif Ali Khan had already been finalised for the part. It was being said that since Airlift director Raja Menon had developed a great working equation with Akshay, the duo would make for a great pair again with Chef (it is a different matter though that an official confirmation is yet awaited for even Raja being finalised as the director for Chef).

As has turned out though, the speculation is baseless.

"No, Akshay is not doing Chef. In fact he was never even approached. It is Saif who stays on to be in the film," confirms close source.

Talking about Poland's weather, Vivek Kumar told, "Poland's weather is absolutely unpredictable and we had a lot of problems with it in both our schedules especially in the second one, as winters were just setting in then. I remember when we were doing the climax of the film, Rinil had to wear costumes that did nothing to keep her warm. She literally was in tears but she really braved through the whole thing and came out with flying colours."

But, Rinil, now, has nothing but good things to say about Krakow, the city where the movie is set. "Krakow is a gorgeous city. The people are so beautiful, they are so friendly and the entire city has this really nice feel to it. Honestly, looking back, I don't think I can picture Rhythm set in a different place at all," she revealed.

'Rocky Handsome'’s Rehnuma reveals John's romantic side!

The makers of John Abraham's forthcoming action thriller Rocky Handsome have mostly focused on John's macho side in the posters of the movie, but the new song from the movie, shows John's romantic side.

Titled Rehnuma, the song, which has been shot at the scenic locales of Seychelles, also features Shruti Haasan, who plays the female lead. Shreya Ghoshal and Inder Bawra have lent their soulful voice, which features John and Shruti as they unleash their sexy chemistry in the song.

Directed by Nishikant Kamat, Rocky Handsome, which also stars Nathalia Kaur and Kamat himself, is slated to release on March 25.

Farhan Akhtar shows interest in to do a biopic on legendary composer RD Burman!

The multi-talented Farhan Akhtar, who is reasonably passionate about music and singing, seems to be quite keen on the idea of a biopic on legendary composer RD Burman, who was also lovingly called 'Pancham Da'.

Farhan tells, ''I think it would be interesting to do a biopic on Burman. He is the man behind some great music, and behind all the great Kishore da (Kumar; actor-singer) and Anand Bakshi (lyricist) songs. He is also responsible for the amazing classical music of Amar Prem (1972) and the crazy disco tracks of Hum Kisise Kum Naheen (1977).''

It is also being told that whenever he is asked to name a music legend he would like to show on the big screen, he always takes Burman's name, which obviously implies that he is interested in such a project.

Sanjay Dutt salutes the Tricolour hoisted at the Pune's Yerwada Jail!

Superstar Sanjay Dutt walked out a free man from Pune's Yerwada Jail, early this morning.

As Sanjay walked out, he saluted the Tricolour hoisted at the prison premises and then left the jail, with a heavy bag on his shoulder and a file in his hand.

A massive crowd had gathered to welcome the megastar and he waved at them before sitting in his car. While making his way through the members of the media, outside the Pune Airport, Dutt, who was accompanied by his wife Maanayata, told, "There is no easy walk to freedom, my friends."

The actor was sentenced to jail by the Supreme Court, in connection with his involvement in the 1993 Bombay bomb blast case, in March 2013.

Reel brother bonds with real Sarbjit's sister on the film set!

Randeep Hooda will be seen playing the lead role in Omung Kumar's Sarbjit, which revolves around an Indian farmer, who was sentenced and executed on charges of espionage by the Pakistan government and it seems that Hooda has won the hearts of Sarbjit Singh's family members, particularly his sister Dalbir Kaur.

An insider reveals, "Randeep met Dalbir for the first time in Mumbai, before they started shooting for the movie. And when they were filming at Bhikhiwind, a town along the India-Pakistan border in Punjab, recently, Dalbir dropped in on the sets to meet Randeep. She shared stories of her and Sarabjit's childhood. This even helped Randeep prepare for his role."

The source further adds that Dalbir has invited Randeep to her house. "He has promised her that he will come over for a meal. They share a great bond now," the source added.

When contacted, Randeep says, ''It was a pleasure to meet Sarabjit's family and friends in Bhikhiwind. Dalbir and both her daughters are adorable.''

The film will have Aishwarya Rai Bachchan playing Dalbir Kaur while Richa Chadda will play Sarbjit's wife.

Manoj Bajpayee supports Hindi language as demands script in Hindi!

During a latest interview, Manoj disclosed that whenever he has discussions with producers, he always insists that the script handed to him should be in Hindi. Rock On 2 with new looks for Farhan Akhtar and Arjun Rampal!

In Abhishek Kapoor's Rock On, Farhan Akhtar had donned a clean-shaven look while his co-star Arjun Rampal had chosen for shoulder-length hair, but it seems that the two dudes have gone for a completely different look in the sequel Rock On 2.

In the sequel project, Farhan is seen sporting shaggy hair and a beard while Arjun Rampal has gone for a short haircut and a light stubble, which makes him look younger. Rock On 2 carries forward the story of the 'Magik' band and also stars Purab Kohli and Shraddha Kapoor in key roles. The sequel is set in North East and will also feature music from those regions.

Now free man Sanjay Duut will take charter from Pune to Mumbai after releasing from Pune's Yerawada Jail!

Actor Sanjay Dutt will walk out a free man, on Thursday, from Pune's Yerawada Jail and pointless to say, Sanjay's fans are quite thrilled.

  

The prison gates open at 7 am and Sanjay will step out of the jail after concluding all the formalities. Sanjay has written letters to his sister Priya Dutt and her husband Owen Roncon asking them to be there to receive him, along with some close friends, as he wants everybody to be there, when he steps out of the prison gate. His wife Maanayata will also come to receive her megastar husband.

  

To escape traffic and media glare, Sanjay will supposedly take a chartered flight from Pune to Mumbai. Once he lands in Mumbai, he will be seek blessings at the well-known Siddhivinayak Temple and from there, he will head to Bada Kabristan, where his mother Nargis and his grandmother Jaddanbai are buried.

  

He will then go to his home, Imperial Heights at Pali Hill, where a pooja will be conducted near his late father Sunil Dutt's portrait, which is placed at the foyer of his building.

  

Preparations are in full swing at Imperial Heights for Sanjay's homecoming and we hear that the actor's favourite dish, Tandoori Chicken will be prepared for him tomorrow.

Neerja’s success comes with another union of Ram Madhavani and Atul Kasbekar for a comedy!

Ram Madhvani's newest directorial endeavor Neerja, which has been produced by Atul Kasbekar, has received rave reviews from the critics and a super response at the box-office and post the success of their Sonam Kapoor starrer, the twosome is planning to join forces again for another project.

Atul and Ram have found another script, which has thrilled both of them and they have now started working on it. The movie is expected to go on floors in August, this year.

Atul confirmed the news revealing, "Ram and I got together so well during the making of Neerja that I took it upon myself to flood him with ideas and scripts. Kindly, there's one he really liked and is under development. It's a completely different genre from Neerja and I can't wait to get started, for us like with Neerja an excellent script is the basis of making a motion picture and if it works out, this story has a massive franchise potential.''

I was always scared of being underwater, overcome my fear for 'Raabta': Kriti Sanon

Beautiful Kriti Sanon will be next seen romancing Sushant Singh Rajput in film Raabta and the actress, who has a fear of going underwater, is trying to overcome her fear for the film.

A few scenes of the movie require her to swim and the actress is now taking swimming lessons to get into the skin of her character. She takes an hour out every day for her swimming classes.

Approving the reports, Kriti told, ''I didn’t know how to swim, and I was always scared of being underwater. But, thanks to this role, I am gradually overcoming my fear. I feel quite comfortable now.''

Kriti and Sushant have also been practicing horse riding for their respective roles in the Dinesh Vijan-directed movie.
