Shruti Haasan’s admiration for her Salaar’s costar Prabhas!

After the success of Krack and Vakeel Saab, Shruti Haasan has bagged KGF fame Prashanth Neel directorial Salaar. The movie stars Pan-India star Prabhas in the lead role. The star has already shot a few scenes with Prabhas for Salaar and her working experience had been super amazing. Questioned one thing that astonished her about Prabhas, Shruti in a media chat with a daily disclosed, "He is very chill, I did not expect him to be that chill. He is very confident about things he does."

Sharing her experience of working in Salaar, Shruti revealed, "You know what's lovely about him is, there is so much energy around him and excitement. He is genuinely down to earth. I have seen fake humility and fake down to earthiness, and I'm like 'it is really nice you are behaving this yourself but that isn't really you.' I think we all have seen that, especially in the work environment...but the thing is, he is really down to earth and chill, which is refreshing. I'm sure he is aware of this, stardom and position. But he never makes you feel so and that is really very pleasant. It is wonderful to work within that energy. The whole team of Salaar, the director and everyone on the sets has good vibe."

Having said that, Shruti and I share a very passionate relationship when it comes to art, music and culture. It’s a beautiful friendship and bond that we share. In fact, we met because of our similar taste in music, fashion and culture and that’s the most beautiful part about this.”

We actually first connected over music. So yes,we are quite close,” says Santanu adding that Shruti too has a keen interest in drawing and art. “Sometimes she also paints and draws with me, it’s nice.”

Since Shruti and he share a common interest in music, do we get to see them unite on a project in the future? “Yes, I think it is only organic that we’ll come up with something which is a combination of my aesthetics and her direction or style. We have a similar taste, so there are chances of something coming up in the future,” he ended conversation on a promising note.

But, nothing has affected her professional life as she has been performing at several venues in London. Shruti is also a popular music artist. Shruti will also gear up for the next schedule of the forthcoming Tamil drama, Laabam opposite Vijay Sethupathi.

Recently, When questioned if she is having the happiest phase of her life, Shruti Haasan responded, "I'm the happiest I've been. You know a lot of people, like when I had decided to take a break, to honestly speak about, were thinking that why is she doing this but I made the best decision, I think. I prioritize my happiness first. It’s like smelling perfumes. If you smell too many of them and if you don't take a break, you won't know what smells like what. Life is like that it keeps going on until you don't step away and take a minute to breathe....you can't decide how you want to go about with all things."

Shruti opened up about love and revealed, "I'm a very romantic person inside and I have realised only as I have grown older. But I'm also not, I really need my space, so I think that's quite unromantic. I'm romantic in a sense like I love to feel strongly for somebody, but if I don't feel strongly then I'm like whatever. If you would disappear tomorrow, it wouldn't matter. But I love to feel strong when I'm attracted to someone strongly. I'm romantic in the head, but then I like my space."

Someone has used my name and issued (false) statements. This is unethical. I do not want to comment on this.”

Remarkably, rumors about Shruti and Gautami not sharing a pleasant relationship had also surfaced earlier when the twosome was working together on Sabash Naidu, a directorial venture by Kamal. It is believed that the differences appeared when Shruti expressed her displeasure for costumes designed by Gautami.

But, later her spokesperson cleared the air and told that Gautami and Shruti are on good terms and the issue with the costumes has been resolved professionally!
