Farhan Akhtar's secret fitness mantra!

Filmmaker Farhan Akhtar has transformed himself into having the body that every man dreams of - a perfect carved body and six-pack abs. The actor goes an extra mile to stay fit and what we all don't know is that he cycles for 22 kms a day.

The actor follows a strict fitness regime which includes waking up at 5.30 am and cycling for 22 km followed by a 2-hours workout every morning and a rigorous volleyball session twice a week.

In the picture, having a towel wrapped around his waist, Farhan Akhtar is seen donning a statement Fedora hat and boots.
