Revealed: Why Salman agreed to star in 'Sultan'!

Megastar Salman Khan's forthcoming movie Sultan has created a huge buzz on the Internet, particularly after the teaser release of the movie. But, do you know why Bhaijaan signed the YRF film? The 50-year-old actor disclosed that he signed the project to 'enjoy the pain of learning'.

Lately, during a media interaction at the event where Salman was named the Goodwill Ambassador for Indian contingent at Rio Olympics 2016, the actor told that he envies the sportsmen and athletes who get to push themselves in their respective sport. He further added that somewhere he does not have that push anymore and that prompted him to sign Sultan and enjoy the pain of learning.

Over the years, Salman has given his fans some memorable characters from Prem to Chulbul Pandey to Hanuman-worshiping Pawan Kumar Chaturvedi in his latest blockbuster Bajrangi Bhaijaan. In Sultan, the Kick actor will be portraying a wrestler, named Sultan Ali Khan, and the story focuses around his personal and professional life. The movie, which also stars Anushka Sharma, is set to release this Eid.
