Madhuri Dixit Nene and Sanjay Dutt's love affair back
in heydays was the topic of discussion for every famous daily. But post-Dutt's
jail term, the affair died its natural death, and both Sanjay and Madhuri moved
on with their individual lives.
Now a biopic on the life of Sanjay Dutt is in the making
and Ranbir Kapoor will be seen reprising the role of the megastar.
The movie will seemingly touch all the aspects of the actor's life, from drugs
to his affairs.
The biopic is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and the
shooting for the same has begun. Seemingly, alike all the other shocking
incidents in Sanjay's life, his alleged affair with Madhuri Dixit Nene was
to be featured in the movie. But as per a famous tabloid, that chapter doesn't
include in the script anymore, thanks to Madhuri herself!
A source told to the tabloid, “Initially, the affair was
part of the biopic. But when Madhuri got to know about it, she quickly rushed
to Rajkumar asking him to remove it. Their relationship is one of the most highlighted part of
Sanjay’s life, but considering the actress’ current stature, she disapproved of
it. Left with no option, Hirani had to eliminate it from the film.”
The Sanjay Dutt biopic stars Dia Mirza and Vicky
Kaushal. Anushka Sharma and Sonam Kapoor will be seen as
the leading ladies opposite Ranbir in the film. It is slated for a Christmas
2017 release.
