Earlier, Sanjay Leela Bhansali experienced some trouble in
Jaipur when rumours of a dream sequence between Rani Padmavati
and Alauddin Khilji started making the rounds. The team has now moved to
Mumbai and is ready to resume the shoot. But, they took to Twitter today to explain
all misunderstandings.
Team Padmavati posted, "There NEVER was and never will
be any scene or dream or song between #RaniPadmavati and #AlauddinKhilji.
#SanjayLeelaBhansali revers #RaniPadmavati and will NEVER do anything to
hurt #Rajput sentiments. Do not believe otherwise.A nyone working on #Padmavati
will confirm that there NEVER was any scene or dream between #RaniPadmavati and
#AlauddinKhilji."
