Veteran actress Sridevi's upcoming
movie Mom has been awaited since a
very long time. The movie stars Pakistani actors Sajal Ali and Adnan Siddiqui
in key roles. Due to which, the shoot was stalled during the Indo-Pak tensions
post the Uri Attacks.
The final schedule of the movie was set to be shot in Delhi.
But, as the Pakistani artists were banned in the nation, the location of the
movie has been shifted to Bangkok.
A song and an important scene are left to be shot and will
be completed in Thailand. Speaking about it, a source specified to a famous
daily, "The team is leaving for Bangkok in the first week of March and is
expected to wrap up in two days. They were hoping to shoot in the Capital,
where the story is set, and arrangements had been made, but the plan was changed
at the last minute."
The film is directed by Ravi Udyawar and also stars
Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Akshaye Khanna in important roles. The movie went on
floors last year in March. It was kickstarted in Delhi and then shifted to the
beautiful locales of Georgia last May.
Mom is produced by Sridevi's
husband Boney Kapoor.
