Fantasy shows are presently ruling the TRP charts on Indian
television. With shows like Naagin, Kavach, Brahmarakshas, and numerous
more audiences enjoy watching shows which deal with the supernatural genre.
Recently at the show launch of Sooraj Barjatya's newest show Piya
Albela, the filmmaker was asked about Naagin 2 being a top show presently
on TV.
Sooraj Barjatya answered to it telling, "Every genre
has its own audience. Every show should be made well and should be done justice
to. Why not make shows like Naagin?!"
He further added, "Everything should be made, horror,
comedy. Everything has a right time and should be made according to the time
and era."
