South actress Bhavana skips her co-star Dileep’s wedding with Kavya!

South Film Industry’s couple Dileep and Kavya Madhavan's wedding held on November 24, 2016, was attended by leading Malayalam movie celebs. Actors like Mammootty, Meera Jasmine, Jayaram and more marked their presence to wish the newlywed pair. But, there was one actor who was absent from the ceremony. It is none other Dileep's co-star of numerous movies and one of the closest friends of the couple, Bhavana.

As per a famous tabloid, it was Bhavana who seemingly said Dileep's ex-wife Manju Warrier about his affair with Kavya. But, Bhavana repudiated all these allegations and disclosed that she has no idea about the marriage that took place.

She told, "I have not made any comments, just yet. All that news is fabricated. Nobody has even contacted me. After seeing those reports, I even called up a few online sites, asking them to take it off. If they don't, I will proceed legally."

She further added, "Who should be invited or not is their personal choice. It doesn’t even affect me." When asked about not being invited to the wedding, she said, "Like I said, it's up to them to decide. They would have definitely invited those who are close to them. It's their choice. I have no concerns about it."

Newlyweds Hazel spills the beans about her Honeymoon plans with Yuvraj Singh!

Mr and Mrs Singh, Yuvraj and Hazel, lately tied the knot and entered the marital bliss. With another week long festivity in tow in Goa, the pair will also wed once again by the beach side, followed by a grand reception in New Delhi.

In an interview with a marriage portal, Hazel spilled the beans about the couple's Honeymoon plans and how the two are yet to lock a destination. The couple is presently dabbling between 2-3 options.

And that's not all, Yuvi now has added Australia in the list. “I would still stick to Hawaii because I love to surf and over there it’s quite easy. When Yuvi is playing cricket, he works so hard but when he is on a holiday, he wants to do nothing. He becomes a vegetable. So we are having a little bit of a discussion between us whether to be adventurous or be very very lazy,” told Hazel.

Bollywood former lovebirds Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor have at last wrapped up the shoot of their forthcoming movie Ok Jaanu. The film, which went on floors earlier in the year, is the Hindi remake of the Tamil blockbuster Ok Kanmani and is directed by Shaad Ali.

Shraddha took to Instagram and posted few Instagram stories from the last day shoot of Ok Jaanu. We also came across a few pictures of the entire team while they celebrated the wrap-up.

Sidharth Malhotra’s romance with Sonakshi Sinha is an Ittefaq!

Bollywood new pair Sidharth Malhotra and Sonakshi Sinha are all set to team up for the first time in the remake of Yash Chopra's 1969 murder mystery, Ittefaq. The movie is set to mark the directorial debut of Ravi Chopra's son Abhay Chopra.

At present, as per a famous daily, the film is set to go on floors next year in the first-week of February. A source close to the development of the movie disclosed, "The script and dates have finally been locked and the film will be shot in a start-to-finish, 60-day schedule in India as well as international locations."

When Sidharth was asked about the movie, he specified, "I'm excited about it because we haven't seen a murder mystery in a long time. Also, it feels great to know that I've been chosen to recreate the magic of Rajesh Khanna and Nanda's edge-of-the-seat thriller. We've reworked the script to suit the current times, but kept the essence intact."

New bonding between Ranbir and Sonam at a party?

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor only just threw a success party for his film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Numerous Bollywood celebs were part of the party which included Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra, Imran Khan with wife Avantika and a very astonishing guest.

It was none other than Sonam Kapoor! Ranbir and Sonam made their debut in Bollywood together with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Saawariya. The two were even rumored to be involved romantically but they then grew apart.

Ranbir Kapoor’s cameo in SRK-Anushka's The Ring!

Karan Johar succeeded to bring in an array of stars together in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. But, it was Shah Rukh Khan's cameo who gathered headlines in this Ranbir Kapoor-Anushka Sharma starrer movie. 

While SRK-Anushka will be seen in Imtiaz Ali's next, rumours are widespread the movie will also star Ranbir Kapoor!

As per reports, he will be seen in a cameo appearance, as per reports in a famous tabloid. A source close to the development informed the tabloid, "There was a small role which Imtiaz wanted a strong actor to play. Between him and Ranbir, it is never an 'ask situation'. Imtiaz mentioned it to him and RK gave his nod. Ranbir can't say no to him."

The movie, tentatively titled The Ring, seemingly traces the life of Anushka's character, who plays a free-spirited tourist who falls in love with her guide while traveling with him across Europe, looking for her lost engagement ring. As per the sources, Ranbir will essay Anushka's fiancé in the movie!

"Imtiaz was impressed with Anushka and Ranbir's chemistry in ADHM. He wanted a similar friendship and camaraderie to flow between Anushka's character and her fiancé's in the movie. Since RK is busy shooting for Jagga Jasoos, he is yet to shoot for the part but he has given his nod to Imtiaz. He intends to squeeze in time for this after he wraps up Jagga Jasoos and before he starts shooting for the Sanjay Dutt-biopic with Rajkumar Hirani," further added the source. 

A validation to this news is yet to be made by the film's team or Ranbir Kapoor. 

Shah Rukh and Salman come together to host an award show!

Megastars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan will co-host the forthcoming edition of the Star Screen awards here on December 4.

"A lot of fun segments are lined up for the blockbuster Khan duo. Shah Rukh Khan's wit and charm coupled with Salman's impeccable comic timing will surely leave the audience asking for more," told a source.

The news comes a day after Salman uncovered the first look of Shah Rukh Khan-Anushka Sharma's next movie, directed by Imtiaz Ali.

Salman posted on Tuesday: "SRK ki film aa rahi hai. Date maine decide kar di hai (I've decided the date). Title tum log decide kardo. Best of luck Anushka Sharma, Imtiaz Ali."

Featuring SRK and Anushka on the poster, it also has a date mentioned - August 11, 2017.

Anushka replied telling: "What's this Shah Rukh Khan? Our release date's decided!?" 

To which SRK told: "Arre I had no idea. We are still searching for the title. What to do now? Go with this date or what?"

An enthusiastic Alia Bhatt, who shared screen space with SRK in "Dear Zindagi", posted: "August is too far away ya! Anushka Sharma, Shah Rukh Khan. Am saving the date immediately. But Imtiaz what to put in as the title? Can't wait."

Anushka finally posted: "Mark your calendar guys - 11thAugust, 2017! What you seek... is seeking you." 

I credit more to all the people, who I have worked with, says Arjun Rampal!

Actor and previous model Arjun Rampal agrees that modelling did get him noticed, but for his success in Hindi filmdom he credits those with whom he has worked in his over a decade long career.

Questioned if he credits modelling for his Bollywood career, Arjun revealed, "Yeah, because I think it got me noticed to a certain degree. But finally, I credit more to all the people, who I have worked with and to where I have reached today in this industry."

The 44-year-old actor tells he has made a mark in the industry with the kind of people he has team up with. 

"I have reached the film industry because the kind of people I have worked with. The actors, directors, producers have constantly had faith in me and have given me chances after chances to evolve, grow and to get into a position...I am just grateful that I am here (in Bollywood)," he further added. 

Arjun made his acting debut in 2001 with director Rajiv Rai's "Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat" and his completed 15 years of his journey in Hindi film industry. He has also been a part of movies like "Don", "Aankhen", "Om Shanti Om", "Rock On!!" and "Ra.One".

Zoya had met Ranveer at a friend’s party 15-years back and suddenly fell in love with him as the filmmaker jokes.

Recalling about the first meet she told, “The first time I saw him, he walked into a party at a friend’s house and he was in a checked pair of pants, a checked shirt and a checked cap and checked sneakers. And I didn’t know who he was and I was like, ‘What are you wearing? Ranbir and Katrina maintain a friendly gesture for the promotions of Jagga Jasoos?

After much expectation and conjectures, it has been stated that past love Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif will come together for the promotions of Jagga Jasoos a month ahead of the release in April.

If a source is to be believed the twosome has been told by co-producers Anurag Basu and Sidharth Roy Kapur along with the marketing team that they both need to maintain a friendly front, for any cold vibes might affect the movie at the BO.

An insider revealed, “Everybody has tried to patch them up off-screen, but it’s not happening. Whether it is stories about remaining together or patching up, they have to remain in the news, come what may till the film releases, so it remains hot. The producers of Jagga Jasoos feel that cold vibes between their main leads might affect the box-office prospects of the film and there has been enough negativity around it. It remains to be seen now whether Katrina or Ranbir toe the line on this one. While Ranbir has a stake in the film, being one of the producers, Katrina is in no mood to listen.”

The source further added, “Right now they are not even talking to each other. They shot the last schedule in Mumbai last week in complete silence. They would come on the sets, shoot, and go back in their vans. During one of their earlier schedules, things had become so bad that Ranbir’s best friend Ayan Mukerji had to be brought in to calm them down. There have been enough delayed schedules and cancellations of the film’s date because of the couple and the film has been delayed by almost two years. Now the producers don’t want to take any additional risks before the release.”

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt tells for her, Priyanka Chopra is an entrepreneur and she finds her very inspiring.

Alia was asked if she would like to produce regional cinema like Priyanka Chopra did with Marathi movie "Ventilator", and she tells that she would love to do that.

"Priyanka has come a very long way and it's great what she has done. She is an entrepreneur and I have that same drive as she is an inspiration for us. I would love to do such work but right now I want to focus on acting," she told.

The actress tells that she would like to try her luck in every medium.

"I want to try my luck all over whether its Chinese cinema or whatever, I want to do it all. Right now I want to find my feet here," she told.

Presently, Alia's work in Gauri Shinde's directorial "Dear Zindagi" is being highly loved. 

The actress tells that if she is not doing the film, then she prefers to travel.

"As an actor, I am happy with the kind of films I am doing but it’s like sometimes I am getting damn good films, sometimes I don't get anything interesting like I have not signed anything now so it all depends. I love to travel when I am no working I love traveling and it's a huge learning experience for me," she told. 

Arbaaz and Malaika spotted outside a family court for divorce proceedings!

Bollywood couple Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora declared their separation earlier this year. The couple, who determined to end their 17 years of marriage, were clicked outside Bandra's family court yesterday. 

As per a report in a daily, the two were present at the court for the compulsory counselling session and were allotted Court No. 1 for the proceedings.

After attending the mandatory counselling session for a period of six months, if the duo still cannot reconcile, then their wedding would be dissolved and they would be granted the divorce.

I feel I am like Karan Johar a lot too, says Alia Bhatt!

Vivacious actress Alia Bhatt is riding high on the success of her newly released movie Dear Zindagi. The 23-year-old-actor, who made her debut in the year 2012 with Karan Johar's Student of the Year calls the filmmaker her everlasting guru.

She specified it to a famous tabloid, "He (Karan Johar) is a very big influence in my life. I genuinely feel that for a lot of my work ethics and behaviour, I owe it to Karan."

Alia further added, "The way he deals with people, and the way he behaves in his personal and professional life, I feel I am like that a lot too. He's the example I've seen from my first film. My first visual of work was with Karan. My career, acting and films - everything was with him and I don't mean what I saw on the television and big screen before I became an actor."

It is very important for actors to learn to say no to a script, says Sonakshi Sinha!

Bollywood’s dabangg lady Sonakshi Sinha had two releases this year - Akira and Force 2. For both the movies, her acts were loved a lot and she was advertised as the next action star. Sonakshi is all set to be seen as a journalist in Noor, which is slated to release next year on April 21, 2017.

Fascinatingly, when the actor intermingled with a famous tabloid, she specified that there is a lot of pressure to sign a new film, even if the script is not pleasing. Speaking about it, she specified, "It is very important (for actors) to learn to say no to a script that’s offered to them. No one can dictate them or force them into saying yes to a film."

Lately, there were reports that Priyanka Chopra was called arrogant after she declined an offer of a movie as she didn't want to work with the lead hero. When Sonakshi was said about this instance, she called it unfortunate and told, "Everybody has a right to choose what they want to do. It’s their prerogative. It could be the world’s biggest reason or could be the smallest — if one person doesn’t feel like working on a particular project, it’s their call. You can’t call someone arrogant because they said no to it."

Sonakshi, who completed six years in the film industry disclosed that she has learnt to reject movies, "I have learnt that it’s important to say no sometimes. It’s all been a learning experience," tells Sonakshi with no regrets.

She finished by telling, "Yes, there have been films....where you felt as if they weren’t the right films to do. But they all are part of a learning curve. If you have taken up a job, good or bad, you have to do it. I make it a point to work hard and do my best. Once it’s done, it’s in the past and then you have to let it go."

Ranveer Singh is a stand-up comedian now!

Dynamic actor Ranveer Singh is thrilled about his soon to be released movie Befikre. The film by Aditya Chopra also features Vaani Kapoor and is a story about a carefree love story.

But, news is that Ranveer essays a stand-up comedian in the film. A famous tabloid reports a source as telling, "Ranveer plays Dharan - a young stand-up comic who goes to Paris to perform at a friend's comedy club. His friend owns a club called Delhi Belly. He invites Ranveer to perform a stand-up act that Indians might enjoy. Dharam is a winner with the crowds. The happy go lucky guy enjoys every bit of Paris and is besotted by the free spirited Shyra played by Vaani."

The film is all set to release on December 9th. 

Sanjay Dutt feels that the Ranbir lad is not macho enough for his biopic!

As we know that Ranbir Kapoor will be essaying Sanjay Dutt in the biopic being made by none other than Rajkumar Hirani. But, it seems that Dutt is having second thoughts about Ranbir as he feels that the Kapoor lad is not macho enough.

A famous tabloid stated that during a latest party at the Dutt home, Sanjay opened up to Ranbir and Hirani about his thoughts. The tabloid mentions that Sanjay also advised Ranbir on how to take his career forward.

Dutt actually told, "I want to produce a film starring you. The film is called laddoo. After that we will make Imarti, Jalebi and Peda. I watched Barfi! What made you do a film like that? Bloody hell, you are playing me, I don't know how they cast you. You should be a macho man. Do you think Salman and Ajay would have been around for many years if we had not played macho characters on screen? You have no connect with the masses and that is very important."

Alia and Varun are set to perform at Nickelodeon's Kids Choice Awards 2016!

Film stars Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan are set to perform at Nickelodeon's Kids Choice Awards 2016, which will be hosted by Manish Paul.

"These awards feel more special because the winner is clearly a favourite of the kids and also boosts our morale to do better and keep entertaining our audiences," Varun told in a statement on being a part of Kids Choice Awards India for the first time. 

Manish, who has hosted many shows, including the celebrity dance-based show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa", is "super excited" for the awards night, which will take place here on December 5. 

"It's a challenge to host live acts and even more challenging when it's for kids because we need to be extra cautious of the gags and jokes we develop. I share a great bond with kids and it's going to be a memorable experience," he told.

The last edition saw megastars like Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan gracing the awards ceremony.

Even when I didn't have money, I used to still watch films, says Sujoy Ghosh on demonetization!

Filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming directorial "Kahaani 2", isn't bothered about demonetisation. He tells whoever wants to watch the movie will watch it.

Asked if the movie will work at the time of demonetisation, Ghosh told here: "Whoever wants to watch the film will watch it... it is all about priorities. Even when I didn't have money, I used to still watch films."

The filmmaker tells difficult times keep coming and that he is hoping people will watch the film, which is scheduled to release on December 2.

"There are difficult times, some or the other problems keep coming up...People have liked the trailer a lot and we are expecting that they will turn up in good numbers," he told.

Ranbir and I share a great camaraderie, says Ranveer Singh!

The two lately appeared in an episode of filmmaker Karan Johar's TV show "Koffee with Karan". On the show, Ranbir told that Ranveer and actress Deepika Padukone should marry and make awesome babies together.

Reacting to that, Ranveer told, "'Koffee with Karan' is a time pass show. A lot of silly talks happen in the show which shouldn't be taken seriously."

The actor was interacting with media at the promotion of his upcoming movie "Befikre" at the radio station Radio Mirchi on Monday.

Talking about his chemistry with Ranbir in Karan's chat show, Ranveer told, "Ranbir and I share a great camaraderie. I watched the show and I thought it was damn funny."

How does he handle rumours?

Ranveer told, "Every second day I hear a new rumour. I learnt how to be a 'befikre' and take it in my stride. Rumours are immaterial to me and I don't take them seriously. My focus is simply getting better as an actor and doing good films. I keep aside the negativities and focus my energy on positive things."

In recent times, the news of Suniel Shetty's son, Ahan, making his Bollywood debut welcomed another star kid on the block. The 21-year-old will be launched by Sajid Nadiadwala in a romantic-action movie. 

In 2015, Suniel’s daughter Athiya Shetty was launched by Salman Khan with the remake of Subhash Ghai’s Hero. Though, Suniel had previously told that Salman would launch Ahan too.

In a communication with a famous tabloid, Suniel confessed that he is more than happy with the launch pad.

“For me, Salman and Sajid are one and the same. It was Salman who suggested Ahan’s name to Sajid and the decision was taken by the two together. Salman has been extremely supportive of both my kids,” Suniel told, andfurther added, “Also, I was very clear that I wouldn’t make a film for them. I never got anything on a platter so I wanted them to go out there and make it by themselves. They always have me to support them. ”

Suniel, who has been bombarded with wishes and messages, expressed his happiness, and quoted, "It has been crazy. People I haven’t spoken to for decades called to congratulate me. It was almost like his film had released and was declared a hit. This feeling was the same I had when Athiya and Ahan were born. I had tears of joy.”

Shetty also declared that his kids were never given special treatment. “My kids are very grounded. They have strong values and it all came from their grandparents. They will never misbehave or ill-treat anyone. That much I can vouch for," he told.

Now after four years of its release, the movie is set to be remade in Tamil. As per a famous tabloid, South siren, Tamannaah Bhatia has been roped in to essay the lead role. Vidya Balan to become a Radio Jockey yet again for Tumhari Sulu!

Vidya Balan, who is presently eventful in promoting her forthcoming movie Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh, has already signed her next movie, titled Tumhari Sulu. It is a comedy-drama, which will be directed by adman Suresh Triveni, best known for his India-Pakistan Mauka Mauka ads that aired during 2015 World Cup.

Vidya will don the role of a Radio Jockey yet again and will be playing a fun and fiesty late-night RJ called Sulochana aka Sulu, who hosts a semi-adult show.

“This gem of a script will make you cheer and laugh. The character of Sulu is fun, happy-go-lucky but grounded, everything that Vidya is even in real life," revealed Atul Kasbekar, whose Ellipsis Entertainment is jointly producing the movie with T-series.

According to a daily, Vidya will begin work on Tumhari Sulu in April. “Today's evolved audiences want content that is real and relatable. Tumhari Sulu is a lovely, heart-warming story tailor-made for Vidya and we are proud to produce it," says T-Series head Bhushan Kumar.

Shah Rukh Khan gets an invitation from Oxford University!

Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan is not only an Indian megastar, but also a Global Icon. He has been honoured by several international governments for his contribution towards arts and literature. 

Shahrukh was awarded the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Order of the Arts and Literature) by the French government. He even received the honorary doctorate in arts and culture by the University of Bedfordshire.

Kiran Rao's house and maids are under the scanner over missing of her Jewellery worth Rs 80 lakh!

While superstar Aamir Khan is busy promoting Dangal across numerous platforms, his wife Kiran Rao is presently in an awkward situation. As per a famous tabloid, the Khar police are investigating a complaint that jewellery worth over Rs 53 lakh is missing from filmmaker Rao’s home in Bandra. Based on a complaint filed by Rao’s relative, the police have registered a first information report under Section 453 (theft in dwelling house, etc) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the complaint, Rao discovered sometime last week that a ring and a diamond necklace were missing from her bedroom. Following this, her relative filed the complaint at the Khar police station. As per the tabloid, the three domestic helps are the prime suspects and have been questioned over the last five-six days. The house cook Farzana, Kiran's assistant Suzanna and domestic help Jhumki are the ones who are under the scanner. 

The police have also visited the homes of the three but have not been able to come up with any proof. Kiran has not issued any statement on the issue.

In a communication with a daily, Singh told, "I don't think I have a long way to go. This might be my last year." Referring to the short shelf life of Bollywood's artistes, the 29-year-old singer stated added, "Normally, fresh voices replace (current favourites) every five to seven years in Bollywood."

But Arijit also offers a solution to this tricky situation. "I might be able to change that. If I work really hard on specific genres, I might be able to stay longer. That way, I can emerge as the only singer who can croon songs of those genres. Maybe that's how I will survive," told Arijit.

Arijit keeps a safe distance from any kind of media and social interaction. On being urged, he specified, "I enjoy a quiet life, without much interruption. Over the past three years, I have seen my fan base grow, and I think it's essential for them to know that I've always been someone who refrains from interactions because I enjoy a silent life. With the growth of social media, this, too, becomes difficult."
