Shah Rukh Khan gets an invitation from Oxford University!

Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan is not only an Indian megastar, but also a Global Icon. He has been honoured by several international governments for his contribution towards arts and literature. 

Shahrukh was awarded the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Order of the Arts and Literature) by the French government. He even received the honorary doctorate in arts and culture by the University of Bedfordshire. 

Furthermore, Shahrukh went on to become the first Bollywood celeb to be honoured with the prestigious Chubb fellowship at Yale University. And the latest, he received was an honorary doctorate from the University of Edinburgh for his outstanding record of philanthropy, altruism and humanitarianism.

The superstar's speech at these events after receiving the award is praiseworthy and inspiring.

Now, Alan Rusbridger, the Principal of Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University asked SRK to talk to their students.

He posted, "@iamsrk can we tempt to to Oxford University to talk to our students at @lmhoxford? They love you (I'm the principal)"

Khan and romance are identical to each other. His admirers just wait for him to spread his arms and call out his lover and create enchanted moments on screen. 

Lately, during an interview with a reporter, Shahrukh was enquired whether his understanding of love and its portrayal in cinemas has changed over the years like in his career span of 25 years. To which, the megastar gave a frank answer telling, "To begin with, I have made an art and profession out of loving women who are going to get married to someone or already married or are engaged and I run after them and I get them from wherever they are from any corner sometimes with charm, sometimes with goodness, sometimes I throw them off the building. But yeah I have a problem. (laughs) I have accepted it, it’s a problem and it's chronic. The only solution is to keep doing it again and again..."

Furthermore, SRK revealed that he knows all the facets of love. "It will sound a little pompous and all knowing, but I know all facets of love. However, strange it may sound me saying it. You may find a person who knows all the theorems. You may find a person who knows all the plays of Shakespeare and you will find someone who has all the knowledge about films and I am a lot like that. I am beautiful not only physical but in a different way, I am unpredictable, I am charming, I make you glow, I make you sad, I destroy you, I distress you, I create a longing for you, I create belonging in you. I could be the best thing that happened to you. I could be the best thing that happened to you. So I genuinely am like that and I believe in love like that. I know Love very well," quoted SRK.
