As per reports, Director Manu Anand will be making his debut
with the action thriller called FIR, which stands for Faizal Ibrahim Raiz. This
movie will have stars like Vishnu Vishal and Manjima Mohan essaying the lead
roles.
Director Manu Anand had helped Gautham Vasudev Menon for
seven years before doing his directorial debut with FIR. The story of this movie
rotates around a Muslim man from Chennai and how his life's journey unfolds.
While speaking about the movie's poster the director tells that the film is not
only about terrorism, it only forms the background of the movie. The tale is
very much to do with a man and his journey through hard situations in life. The
makers of this movie were looking for a young and dynamic hero who easily fit
this role. Actor Vishnu Vishal was brought on board to play the lead in this movie
as he fits the role perfectly. Actress Manjima will be playing the role of a
junior advocate in this movie.
