Superstar Salman Khan was sentenced on Thursday to five
years imprisonment by a Jodhpur court for killing two blackbucks during a movie
shoot in Rajasthan in 1998. The court also slapped him with a fine of Rs
10,000.
As soon as the verdict came in, many celebs expressed their
displeasure at the quantum of punishment. Varun Dhawan also took to his Twitter
account to support Salman Bhai. He posted, ''I know for a fact that Salman bhai
and his family have the utmost respect and faith in our judiciary system.
@BeingSalmanKhan is one of the strongest and most genuine people I know and I’m sure he will come out of this
stronger.''
Varun Dhawan is really close to Salman Khan and shares an
astonishing bond with him. Speaking about Salman, he had lately told, “Bhai
(Salman) is the best and most helpful human being,”
