Ranveer Singh applauds for All We Imagine As Light team for scripting history at Cannes!

The 77th Cannes Film Festival presents the world to the power of Indian film. At the esteemed international festival, filmmaker Payal Kapadia took home the Grand Prix award for her film All We Imagine As Light.

Ranveer Singh has now commended the entire cast and crew for creating cinematic history.

The cast of All We Imagine As Light must still be celebrating their enormous triumph at the 77th Cannes Film Festival, which concluded on May 25. Payal Kapadia's film received the Grand Prix prize, the second-highest award of the festival, at the event.

On his Instagram stories a few hours ago, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh shared a happy picture of Kani Kusruti, Divya Prabha, Chhaya Kadam, and Payal clutching the festival trophy. He panned, “Scripting history. A moment of immense pride.”

Hridhu Haroon, Chhaya Kadam, Divya Prabha, and Kani Kusruti portray important roles in the movie. Payal is the film's director and writer, and Thomas Hakim, Julien Graff, and Ranabir Das are its producers.
