Actor Sushant Singh Rajput is currently busy promoting his forthcoming
movie Raaabta. The gifted actor is also preparing for Chanda Mama Door Ke and
will be seen in a thriller movie titled Romeo Akbar Walter aka RAW.
As per to a famous daily, the film will be extensively shot
in the beautiful locales of Kashmir. After September 18, 2016, when a raid on
an army camp led to 17 Indian soldiers being killed, many filmmakers avoided
shooting in Jammu & Kashmir. But the crew of RAW is planning to shoot the
project at an old railway station in Jammu, a restaurant and hotel in Kashmir.
They will be even heading for a recce.
Speaking about it to a famous daily, writer-director Robbie
Grewal specified, "The film is set in 1971 but it isn't about the war. The
story unspools before it begins and is inspired by true incidents. We're going
to be filming in multiple regions in the Indian sub-continent, including
Kashmir and Nepal. We are prepping up to create a thrilling world, the kind you
haven't seen before. Our sole aim is to capture the look and feel of the
era."
Robbie has previously directed 2003 Sushmita Sen starrer
Samay and co-produced Shoojit Sircar's Yahaan.
When asked about the leading lady of the movie, Robbie
added, "The leading lady is crucial to the story but we're yet to lock an
actress."
He also disclosed that SSR will not only be playing Romeo,
Akbar and Walter, he will also don different looks too.
