Salman Khan's much anticipated
trailer of his Kabir Khan film Tubelight has just bowled us over with
its charm and appealing scenes. Check out Salman, as the ever innocent
simpleton, who sends his brother to war. Salman then resolves to end the war
and get his brother back, and for this, he will also use some mind-power if he
has to. There is also a glimpse of Shah Rukh Khan,
who is essaying a cameo in the film.
During the trailer release currently, Salman shared his
experience of working with his brother Sohail Khan. He told, "The film was
an emotional journey and I felt emotionally drained after shooting some of the
scenes that narrate that my brother is no more. In fact, during the dubbing of
the film also, being a grown up man, my tears were coming up... it was really
bad! And coming from us (Pathans) is really bad."
Kabir Khan, who was also present at the trailer launch told, "The
political issues the story deals with, are still relevant. In 1962, there was a
border conflict between India and China. We are still dealing with some of
them."
The scenes between Salman and Sohail are endearing and
Salman is totally lovable as Tubelight. The movie is written and
directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Salman Khan and Kabir Khan. Set in the
1962 Sino-Indian War, it stars Salman Khan in the lead role who plays a man
from India. The film is scheduled for release on 23 June during EID.
