Actors facing remarks or trolls for their outside appearance
is not something new in the glamour industry. Body shaming or slut shaming is
something that many known faced, sometime or the other in their lives. The latest
one who seems to be bearing the brunt of her voluptuousness is actress Neha
Pendse. May I Come in Madam's female lead, Neha, who essays an attractive boss as
per reports, has seemingly been given a warning by the makers of the show
regarding her weight.
Neha, seemingly was asked by the creators of the show to get
in shape or else they would replace her. "The producers have given her an
ultimatum to lose weight soon, otherwise they will not be able to continue
working with her. Recently, when a few media persons visited our set for her
interview, Neha refused to meet them. She knows she has put on weight over the
past year and didn't wish to be photographed," told a source to daily.
But, Neha has criticized the rumours telling that she has
not been asked to do anything about her weight by the makers. "The
producers have said no such thing. People like me the way I am. Whether I am
thin or not, no one has an issue," told Neha.
But the source is firm on his news and told, "Why else
would the makers extend the contract of all the actors by another year and
Neha's by just six months?"
On the show, Neha essays a boss of a company where an
employee who works for her develops a huge crush on her.
