Previously it was reported that Varun Dhawan will
begin shooting for Judwaa 2 on February 3, the same day when the
original Judwaa went on floors. While David Dhawan had disclosed
that Judwaa started off by shooting on the hit son Chalti Hai
Kya Nau Se Barah, the sequel has begun with Varun dancing on a Ganpati song.
As per to a report in a famous daily, David Dhawan, who last
directed Main Tera Hero in 2014, rolled his movie with son Varun
yesterday in Mumbai, in presence of his family, producer Sajid Nadiadwala and
others.
A source present on the set informed, "Varun was
shooting barefoot all day."
Music composer Sajid, of Sajid-Wajid fame said the tabloid,
"It's the opening song and it introduces Varun's tapori character. We got
musicians from Europe to arrange the score. The song will have many surprise
elements."
Choreographer Ganesh Acharya disclosed, "The song will
be shot over six days. Varun had been rehearsing for the number since a week.
It is a typical Ganpati number with full of celebration and a lot of backup
dancers."
Interestingly, as Judwaa completes 20 years on
February 7, producer Sajid Nadiadwala will be hosting a lunch party which will
reunite the crew that was a part of the 1997 blockbuster. Salman Khan,
Karisma Kapoor, Rambha and other are said to be attending the party.
