Film Pink has changed the entire game for the Taapsee Pannu's Bollywood career. She finally made her mark in the industry and people started registering her presence. Now, Taapsee Pannu will be seen in Judwaa 2, an out and out entertainer, which is not something probably we have her doing except for a Chashme Baddoor in 2013.

During a chat about her viral bikini picture with a leading daily, Taapsee revealed, “I am very happy that my picture went viral. Everyone has the right to have an opinion. It's good if anyone ask for opinions but I didn't ask for it. I think Twitter or any social media platform is a place wherein people want to make their presence felt. People who have nothing else in life than to just write such nasty stuff to make their presence felt to the celebs who are inaccessible to them.”

Do you think the word 'nepotism' is now overrated? Have you faced any issues because you don't have any film connections?

When asked about 'nepotism', she said further “It's over-discussed, not over-rated. It's there and you can't do much about it, so network your way around it. The one disadvantage nepotism has that we compare our cinema to Hollywood and why are we not doing such kind of content and why don't we have such talent; nepotism pulls it down. We are not able to explore new talent.”

When asked about why should people go and watch Judwaa 2 in theatres, she said that It's going to be an out and out entertainer, which has not happened for a while now. It's '90s film and people would want to see it. See me in something that you have never seen. Come and see me in a bikini, if that's what attracts you!

Varun Dhawan desires to allure family audience with 'Judwaa 2'!

Bollywood star Varun Dhawan's unforgettable visits to cinema halls were those with his extended family during his younger days. He tells with his upcoming movie "Judwaa 2", he wants to draw the family viewers to the theatres.

Sajid Nadiadwala's forthcoming comedy movie "Judwaa 2", directed by Varun's father David Dhawan, features the actor in a double role. He will bring back to celluloid the iconic characters Raja and Prem, depicted by Salman Khan in "Judwaa" back in 1997.

Sharing his experiences about the movie, Varun told in a statement: "When 'Judwaa' released, I was a child as well. I watched it in my childhood and I loved it very much. I would enjoy the reflex actions, I would love seeing Salman bhai in that way and then his song and dance with Rambha and Karisma (Kapoor) ma'am. I had enjoyed the entire package of that film. So when I got the opportunity to do this film, I was like I need to do this film because I want children to come to the theatre, I want families to come to the theatre and that's been my number one thing since I became an actor. I remember some of the best times I have had with my family or with my masis (aunts), my cousins and with my friends have been when I have gone to the theatre."

"Judwaa 2" also features Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu. Presented by Fox Star Studios and Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, the film is scheduled to release on September 29.

Varun Dhawan in and as Raja-Prem in new poster!

Lately, Varun Dhawan shared the poster of Salman Khan starrer Judwaa and told, "Kal kya aa rahahai". This left his admirers thrilled as ever and here it is, the first official poster of Judwaa 2.

In the poster, we can see two Varun getting out of the Union Jack designed car in totally unique ways.

He will be essaying the roles of Raja and Prem, who are poles apart from each other. And this poster assuredly gives a glimpse of how different they are from each other.

Varun posted the poster on the occasion of his father David Dhawan's birthday. He captioned, "On #Daviddhawan's 65th bday here is his 43rd film #Judwaa2. RAJA and PREM Double fun this Dussehra! @foxstarhindi @NGEMovies"

The trailer of the movie is all set to be out next week on August 21, 2017. The movie is extensively shot in the beautiful locales of London, Mumbai and Mauritius.

Judwaa 2 is scheduled to release during Dussehra weekend that is, on September 29, 2017.

It was that crazy star-struck moment for me, reveals Taapsee Pannu on meeting Salman!

Actress Taapsee Pannu is all set to be seen in David Dhawan's Judwaa 2 along with Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez. The much-awaited film will not only have the recreated version of Oonchi Hai Building and Tan Tana Tan but will also see Salman Khan in a special cameo.

Taapsee couldn't contain her enthusiasm when she met Salman and speaking about it, she specified to a famous tabloid, "I had seen and heard so much of him that for a second, I was just taken aback and remained in awe of him. I just kept looking and couldn’t take my eyes off him. It was that crazy star-struck moment for me. I was just trying to fathom the fact that he was standing there, right next to me and in the same frame."

Unlike Varun and Jacqueline, this is the first time Taapsee met Salman and interacted with him. She further added, "I was meeting him [Salman] for the first time and it was too brief a meeting, so it was more like an introduction, greeting each other, a couple of minutes of chatting with the entire team together and then just got a picture clicked together."

Taapsee further told, "Whenever I meet him next time, maybe, I would talk to him with ease."

When questioned about what conversations she had with Khan, Taapsee revealed, "We didn’t really have all those conversations. The only time we talked, there was a bunch of us from the entire cast and crew in the room, chatting together and sharing some funny anecdotes from the past experiences of shooting for Judwaa."

Pannu concluded by telling, "He was basically talking about how he has memories with David [Dhawan] and Sajid [Nadiadwala] sir since their equation dates back to so many years. He was giggling while talking about some off the set experiences and funny situations that they have had two decades ago while shooting for Judwaa."

Varun Dhawan becomes down to earth for Judwaa 2!

Varun Dhawan is presently focused on the shoot of his forthcoming film Judwaa 2 which also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu. The movie which is directed by David Dhawan, the film is a sequel to the 1997 movie, Judwaa which then starred Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Rambha.

Varun took to Instagram recently to share a photo of himself from the sets of the movie.

In the photo which is a selfie, Varun is seen in a factory setup with dirt all over his face. He's seen in a grey tank top while flaunting his muscles.

His caption reads as, "Dirt #judwaa2. Sometimes you got to get dirty. #life." 

Varun Dhawan and Taapsee Pannu are the new fitness partners!

Varun Dhawan is gearing up for his forthcoming release Judwaa 2 which will see him star opposite Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu. The film is a sequel to the 1997 comedy classic Judwaa which then featured Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Rambha.

The cast is presently shooting in Mumbai. Varun took to Instagram to share a photo with Taapsee, his new gym buddy. In the photo, both of them are seen in workout gear and flexing their muscles. Taapsee looks cute in a red tee, black shorts and orange sneakers with her hair tied in a bun. Varun was seen sporting a white tee, black track pants and dark blue sneakers along with a dark blue beanie.

Judwaa 2 is scheduled to release on September 29, 2017. Salman will be having a cameo in the movie and rumour has it that Karisma will also be having a special appearance.

Varun, Taapsee and Jacqueline’s rehearsal for Judwaa 2 number!

Bollywood stars Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu are putting their best foot forward to create hype for their new movie Judwaa 2. The trio and their team keep sharing behind the scenes fun on the social media.

In a new behind the scene video, the three actors can be seen dancing on a new super fun number from Judwaa 2 and we are guessing the song is the remixed version of Tan Tana Tan.

While Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline and Taapsee have already completed shooting for the recreated version of Oonchi Hai Building, they have now started the shoot for Tan Tana Tan.

In the video, the trio can be seen dancing to a few quirky steps choreographed by Ganesh Acharya. The remix version of Tan Tana Tan can also be heard in the background and after hearing the snippet, we are sure it is going to be a club banger.

They have been practicing every day for 3-4 hours and the track will have new hook steps but will retain the flavour of the original song from Judwaa, which was picturised on Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Rambha.

Varun Dhawan prefers Taapsee over Kriti and Ileana regarding best actress!

Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu is all geared up for her upcoming release Judwaa 2, for which she lately wrapped the London schedule. She will be paired opposite Varun Dhawan for the first time.

Taapsee started her career in the South before venturing into the world of Bollywood and now with movies like Pink and Naam Shabana, she is surely making her mark in Bollywood. Taapsee is not the first actress from the South who Varun has worked with. Earlier Varun has been paired opposite actresses like Kriti Sanon (Dilwale) and Ileana D'Cruz (Main Tera Hero)

But who does he consider his favourite? Taapsee lately shared a video of Varun's as her Instagram story. In the video, Taapsee questioned Varun humorously how amazing she is in the movie to which VD replied, "I think you're one of the best actresses' who's come from the South." 

Looks like we have our reply. And how adorable do they both look!?

In an interview with us, Taapsee spoke in detail about her character in the film. She told, "They have revamped the girl’s character [in the film]. My character is not on the lines of either Karisma or Rambha. I play a college girl who studies with Varun Dhawan. I am an Indian girl born and brought up in London."

She also told that her character is the feminist kind who would be seen packing some punches and will be performing some stunts too.

Directed by David Dhawan, Judwaa 2 is a sequel to the 1997 cult comedy classic Judwaa which then starred Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Rambha. The movie also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and is slated to release on September 29, 2017. Salman will be having a cameo in the movie and rumour has it that Karisma will also be having a special appearance.

David Dhawan breaks bottle on son Varun Dhawan's head! Know why?

Varun Dhawan is back in the town after wrapping the London schedule of his forthcoming comedy film Judwaa 2. The actor had a lot of fun while shooting for his dad David Dhawan's directorial and has been sharing several pictures and videos on his social media pages.

The London schedule saw two songs from the original movie being recreated. One was Oonchi Hai Building and the other was Tan Tanna Tan. A video of Varun and Taapsee practising to the songs went viral recently and fans are waiting anxiously to see Varun play twin characters, Raja and Prem

Judwaa 2 also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu opposite Varun. The film is a sequel to Salman Khan's 1997 blockbuster Judwaa directed by David himself. Salman was seen romancing both Karisma Kapoor and Rambha in the film.

Jacqueline to meet Varun soon in London!

Actor Varun Dhawan is all set to don twin characters in his forthcoming film Judwaa 2. The movie will see him paired opposite Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu. While Varun and Taapsee are now in London for the shoot schedule, Jacqueline is yet to join them. 

But, we now know when the actress will be going to London for the shooting of the film. A source close to Jacqueline disclosed to us, "She is going to London in the last week of April. It is a 40-day schedule, so the shoot will continue till mid-May. "

Directed by David Dhawan, Judwaa 2 is slated to release on September 29, 2017 and is a sequel to the 1997 comedy classic Judwaa which starred Salman Khan, Karisma and Rambha. 

Varun lately held an FB live from the sets of the movie in London. In the video, a shirtless Varun is seen interacting with Taapsee. Taapsee even disclosed that her character whose name starts with an S is a Gujarati NRI and is a feminist who will be packing a few punches. She has been training very hard for the movie. 

While Varun and Taapsee are paired opposite each other for the first time, Varun and Jacqueline starred in Rohit Dhawan's Dishoom which was a hit at the box-office. Their friendship is very evident in real-life and it will be fun to see that translate on screen as well. 

Varun Dhawan begins Judwaa 2 with an auspicious Ganpati song!

Previously it was reported that Varun Dhawan will begin shooting for Judwaa 2 on February 3, the same day when the original Judwaa went on floors. While David Dhawan had disclosed that Judwaa started off by shooting on the hit son Chalti Hai Kya Nau Se Barah, the sequel has begun with Varun dancing on a Ganpati song.

As per to a report in a famous daily, David Dhawan, who last directed Main Tera Hero in 2014, rolled his movie with son Varun yesterday in Mumbai, in presence of his family, producer Sajid Nadiadwala and others.

A source present on the set informed, "Varun was shooting barefoot all day."

Music composer Sajid, of Sajid-Wajid fame said the tabloid, "It's the opening song and it introduces Varun's tapori character. We got musicians from Europe to arrange the score. The song will have many surprise elements."

Choreographer Ganesh Acharya disclosed, "The song will be shot over six days. Varun had been rehearsing for the number since a week. It is a typical Ganpati number with full of celebration and a lot of backup dancers."

Interestingly, as Judwaa completes 20 years on February 7, producer Sajid Nadiadwala will be hosting a lunch party which will reunite the crew that was a part of the 1997 blockbuster. Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Rambha and other are said to be attending the party.

Judwaa 2 finds its females!

There’s been plenty of buzz surrounding the female leads of Judwaa 2, and the latest is that Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu have been cast in the David Dhawan comedy.

While Jackie’s name has been in the conversation for a few months now, Taapsee’s has come out of the blue since everyone though the second role would go to Parineeti Chopra. Well, Judwaa 2 is due to release next September so I expect an official announcement from the team behind the Varun Dhawan film soon.

Jacqueline Fernandez grabs another deal for 'Judwaa 2'!

After getting roles in Sajid Nadiadwala's Kick and Dishoom, actress Jacqueline Fernandez has been supposedly cast for the sequel of the Salman Khan-starrer Judwaa. The movie has created quite a buzz since its announcement and Varun Dhawan's inclusion, who plays a double-role, has only added to it.

According to news, Jacqueline was offered the role in Judwaa 2 on the sets of Dishoom while they were shooting the climax at Mehboob Studios in suburban Bandra. The movie will have two heroines and buzz is that actress Neha Sharma's sister, Aisha Sharma is likely to get the second part.

Jacqueline will be seen next in Dishoom, which also stars John Abraham and Varun Dhawan.

Why two pairs? Because the Jr. Dhawan is going to play the twin lead roles in Judwaa 2! Yup, Sajid Nadiadwala has green lit the David Dhawan film that comes 19 years after the original Salu, Karisma Japoor and Rambha starrer set the box office alight. Look tests for the new movie have already begun in LA, and I hear that Spiro Razatos of Fast & Furious 6 fame has been roped in as the movie’s action coordinator. 

Varun Dhawan’s double role in the father’s next remake of 'Judwaa 2'!

Director David Dhawan, who had directed Salman Khan in Judwaa, a comedy about a duo of separated twins, is gearing up for a sequel to the movie and we have informed that his son Varun Dhawan will be seen starring in the movie titled Judwaa 2.

Though the team is reasonably silent about developments, we have learned that the pre-production work on the new entertainer is in full swing and that a major Hollywood studio and DOP (director of photography) along with action-coordinator Spiro Razatos (of Fast & Furious 6 fame), have already done a test shoot for the movie.

Varun will also be seen in Dishoom, which also stars John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez.
