Shoojit Sircar's recent production project Pink, which
starred Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, Angad Bedi and others,
is making all the right noises and is being lauded by everyone from critics to audiences
and we lately discovered something shocking about the movie.
Taapsee disclosed in a recent interview that the original
climax of the movie was supposed to show the antagonists getting away with
their deeds, but the makers felt at the last minute that such a climax would
not appeal to audiences and so, the ending of the movie was changed to show
that the protagonists win the day in court.
Pink revolved around a veteran lawyer's comeback to court to
fight for the rights of three women being victimized by a bunch of boys from
influential families.
