As per report, now Rana Daggubati will replace the veteran Nana
Patekar. While the director of the movie, Sajid Khan has been replaced with
Farhad Samji, who directed the third film of the Housefull franchise,
uncertainty lies over Nana’s role. Reports have also emerged that Nana
Patekar's portions shot in Jaisalmer are very integral and won't be clipped.
But, the producer of the movie, Sajid Nadiadwala nor the
director have come out with an official statement. As per reports in media, an
industry source has disclosed that “Interestingly, the name of Rana came as a
sudden choice. Rana’s name sounds like Nana, and then the makers decided to ask
the south actor if he was keen on working in the movie and whether he would
have the dates for the same. While Rana seems to have agreed, the paperwork and
other details are being worked out at the moment and an official pronouncement
will come soon.” It is being said that Rana will join the team of Housefull 4
in the coming week.
